Dr. Phan is a great doctor. She actually listens to you as a patient and takes the time to answer all your questions and explain things thoroughly. She's been the only doctor so far that has requested extra labs that I needed as well as the appropriate medication. She's very approachable and friendly. I highly recommend her as a healthcare professional.

I love Dr. Phan but the office staff is horrible! The blonde woman at the front desk is rude and miserable. I have been here a few times and the last two times I've come in I've waited in a room for over 45 minutes to see the doctor. I have Chronic sinus infections and bronchiolar issues so it's hard for me to breathe a lot of the time when I have a mask on, the doctor is totally okay with me not wearing a mask in the room by myself but the office staff will come in and Insist that I put my mask back on knowing very well I can't breathe through my nose the only way I can breathe is from my mouth. I'm in a room by myself so what is the big deal! No bed side manner or compassion from the office staff at all! Needless to say I while I was waiting to see the doctor for an hour now.. I found a new family practitioner and will no longer be coming here.

My husband and I LOVE Dr. Phan! She is such a great doctor. Both of us have had our fair share of doctors who just don't seem to listen and talk over you. Dr. Phan does neither of those things. She is always attentive, listens to any concerns you have, and most of all remembers everything you tell her - medical or in life! It's such a breath of fresh air. I highly, highly recommend her practice!! I feel so safe and cared for in her practice.
