Dr Shepherd was so professional and friendly. My 4 yr old felt very comfortable and so did I. She explained everything she was doing with my daughter while she was doing it. I highly recommend her. I think i’ll only come back to her. By far my best experience with a pediatrician.

I love Dr. Sheppard. She is both my kids doctor and every time I go she always makes us feel at ease with the way she handles things. If we take my son, she’ll ask us about our daughter, which makes it feel more personal that she truly cares about her job.

She answered all our questions and is knowledgable. I trust her. the staff can be unreliable when it comes to sending out lab orders on time but overall good.

Very poor bedside manner we saw her at the newport office looks like she was hurrying to get out of the room did not even ask us if we have other questions, dis not even tell us what medicine she’ prescribing only ask which pharmacy to send, did not even check my son’s body just listen to his lungs and check his ears thats it, was very disappointed, the other staff are nice atleast.
