Awful service at this location! 1. Took my 18yo daughter in for visit. Office staff would not allow me (mother) to come in with her. My daughter gave approval and staff said this is a HIPAA violation (which it clearly is not as my daughter gave approval). Ultimately, front off staff said it was the preference of the dr. 2. They are independently owned and do not verify benefits before they charge you. Copay only applies to urgent care visits (which is generally true for ALL medical ppo plans). They had me pay additional out of pocket since deductible had not been met. I wanted out of there so I paid. Cigna has paid the claim. Now arguing w their billing gal Kelsey is super rude, talks over you and not helpful. She finally acknowledged that they do owe me $ and said it takes them 30-45 days to process. Onto their manager Marla. Will never ever ever come back to this place!

I filled out all the forms online, as requested for a TB, and the office staff asked me AGAIN to fill out forms manually. I informed the girl that I did online, but she said it was different information. It wasn’t. Redundant!! Modernize and stop requesting repetitive paperwork, or don’t request it online. Waste of time and so frustrating when you don’t have your act together!

The establishment is a joke over priced body broker. Preying on the weak and needy. The entire place is falling apart unsanitary disgusting waiting area. Dirty used pens on the counter. Pathetic bed side manner. We arrived on time and was made to wait while others came not Ill or sick were seen before us. Stay away this place is terrible.

Unfortunately I was told my daughters (now diagnosed ear infection) was just ear wax.. after I mentioned her high fever about three times which the provider said nothing about. I did go pretty late..about 7:30 when they close at 8:00. It felt very rushed and like my daughter didn't receive proper care.

The entire staff was professional and courteous. The facility is nice and very clean. The follow up to see how I was feeling was refreshing!

I went in in I registered on my phone and the wait was probably five minutes at the most very courteous staff a very helpful doctor. Everything went so well and it was very quiet. It was only one other patient there.

Niyati vyarawala was rude and cold. Charged me 150 for a single referral and decided to ignore me while I was trying to express that was not good enough for the price I paid. Don't trust this place. Staff couldn't give a toot about another person and it shows. Considering this could lead to a cancer diagnosis, I am appalled at the way this was handled. Any faith in a medical practice having integrity is long gone.

So grateful for my care at Xpress Urgent Care! I was taken care of right away by the front desk staff and seen immediately. After receiving additional staff support, I was greeted by Henry who took time to listen to my concerning health situation with patience and attentiveness. He offered his expert and professional perspective, while also considering my input and specific requests for care. I felt heard, acknowledged and well guided. Communication with the pharmacy was timely. I noticed significant relief within eight hours of my visit. In addition, I received not one (thank you Hong) but two follow up calls from the staff. Affirming to have continued care and connection. I am confident and relieved to know I am on the road to healing based on the exceptional care offered by Henry and his team at Xpress Urgent Care in Costa Mesa, CA. Thank you so.
