I called for an appointment and the receptionist answered me in a very bad way and she told me to look for another clinic because I told her that I had an emergency medical only so if they treat you badly on the phone I do not want to imagine in person I will definitely look for another clinic if it is paid not gifted

I went to get a check up from this doctor and during the check up, he offered to spray some freezing liquid on my skin. I didn’t think anything of it and I thought it was part of the check up. Months later I received a bill for $252.00 for it. I didn’t know it was going to cost anything, let alone that much! I called the doctor’s office to speak to them about this and without any empathy was referred to their billing company called OPTUM. And talking to OPTUM was like talking to a brick wall who had no say in the matter. The doctor and his office should be more responsible in making their patients aware and understanding of these procedures and extra costs before they happen!

I went to Dr. Chiang to finally get help with my adult acne, scars, dark mark etc. problems after dealing with them for 10 years. I was so proud to finally seek out professional help, and he basically told me I couldn't do anything to help my skin at all. Which is such a blatant lie. My visit was extremely disappointing.

Dr Chiang is professional and thorough. He greeted me personally exactly at the time of my appointment. His assessment was straightforward of my various skin issues. My main concern was to identify current or potential problems versus cosmetic issues and his guidance in how to proceed with them honest and practical. I highly recommend Dr Chiang of Magan Medical in Covina for all your Dermatology needs.

Been to two to other dermatologists and none of them were as knowledgeable as Dr. Chiang. Gave me great advice on how to treat my reoccurring ringworm on skin and scalp. Went over what i had and how to treatment with good/cheap products. Gave a great treatment strategy and other recommendations to treat symptoms. Great speed of service.
