Based off looking at these reviews I still tried to give this place a chance and I should’ve never came they were trying to make me reschedule my appointment because I had a bun with extensions in my hair so I couldn’t just take out my bun and told me to reschedule . The front is just rude as well. I’ll be reporting them to my insurance.

I recommend requesting Dr.Ajayi. So far has been the most gentle and has provided a better experience for my visits. I appreciate he understood my fear of the dentist, his reassurance of making a patient feel comfortable and looked after during the process has given me confidence in returning for further treatments at this dentistry.

Where do I begin with the bad service this office provides. I called and was in pain. This was on a Tuesday. Noting that I was in pain, this office still would not see me until Saturday. I went to the office, was told that I needed an extraction. They referred me to an oral surgeon. I call the oral surgeon to make an appointment. Oral surgeon tells me that they do not take HMOs, which raises the question, why is DGofC referring me to a place that doesn't take HMO when they know I have an HMO? I call DGofC back. They tell me that they need to make a referral to my insurance company, who will assign me someone. I say fine, but also mention I am still in pain, is it possible to get medication. Am told, sorry, there are no dentists there to give me a prescription. This is on a Monday. Thursday, I haven't heard anything so I call my insurance company. They tell me DGofC hasn't sent them anything. No referral, nothing. I end up making the appointment myself. Extraction done. I call DGofC for a follow-up to get the implant going. They schedule me. My appointment is for 9am. The day before the appointment, in the afternoon, they call me to tell me that they are canceling my appointment because they no longer take my insurance. I ask why they are calling me the day before to let me know this. No response except that they can't see me. Here's the kicker. They DAY AFTER my appointment was canceled by DGofC, I get a voice mail asking me why I missed my appointment and if I want to reschedule. (??) I call them back and they ask me about the appointment. I tell them the reason was because THEY canceled the appointment. I then asked to speak to their Office Manager. Told she's busy. I say I'll wait. Told she's VERY busy. I'll wait. I am put on hold. Literally 10 seconds after I'm put on hold, they hang up on me. This is, I guess, what passes for Customer Service at DGofC.

I feel bad doing this because some of the workers are nice but, what is the point of appointments when your time can not be honored. They make you wait over an hour always before they call you in! It’s ridiculous. I’ve had to walk out with the kids because they take so long. I am going to have to look for a new dentist. It’s so sad but the waiting is just unacceptable. I’m not the only one that walks out either. I’ve been here several times and other people walk out because you sit in the chair and wait after you have already waited in waiting room. I won’t say anything g negative about ortho though. They have always been fast and efficient.

Went with my daughter for her dental appointment. Very poor service with staff that are incompetent. Long weeks to get an appointment, very long wait in the waiting room despite appointment. Kept prolonging treatment with cancellation, late time slot in the afternoon where treatment is cut short for the dentist to do it. Cancelled my appointment the evening before stating that insurance authorization was not received despite being in treatment for weeks. Treatment halted mid-treatment. Was told there needs to be 4 root canals to be done. One Root canal done with no temporary cap stating insurance didn't authorize it, and asking me to pay out of pocket because I had MediCal insurance only. Without the temporary cap, the filling fell out and had to rush back in to get it seen to and again no protective cap placed and no appointment given for more than 2 weeks. Finally, went for the appointment for the temporary cap prep to be done. But after a hour and half wait, the dental assistant said she did not know what exactly the doctor was going to do. My daughter finally lost her cool with such incompetence and poor service. She was angry and in her argument used cuss words. The manager said her case was dismissed and they were going to call the cops on her. It is disgraceful how they prolonged and left the treatment half done causing complications because they didn't get authorization and can dismiss the patient when justifiable displeasure was voiced.

Great customer service, honest and very caring. Makes you feel like you're part of the family and I'm really good hands. Nara was especially helpful throughout my whole process. Highly recommend this place to all !

Al Mercer dis macaroni el prestamo q eran 6 a 7 implantes conformed pasa tiempo quedo 2 solo nos han regresado 8 mil y fraction tiene 3 meses no tiene Sita programada no contestan cuando pregunto..se me hace I justo q quieran quedarse c mas de 10 mil p 2 implantes
