I have an eye disease issue and the staff has always been professional. Wait times haven’t been extraordinarily long. Dr Surti spends enough time to explain all my questions and concerns. Shows me on exam tests the status of each eye. One time I did have a very long wait. They were very apologetic and ensured for each phase of my appt I was not rushed but sufficient time spent so the evaluation of tests were sufficiently reviewed and shared with me. Thank you Dr Surti & Staff.

i'm a 69-year-old senior was recommended to them to remove a film from my eye so I went had the work done started failing right away very expensive I'm on Medicare I got the bill ask them if they would work with me on it because I didn't have the money. They would not. At the same time I was in for a check up that day that continually harassed me to come in on. I assumed they were an ethical doctor and wanted to see why my eyes weren't doing as well as when I got it done. But due to the fact I was asking for a discount on the bill I had would've been the perfect time to tell me you're getting another bill. They did not inquire if I had more insurance they did not make it seem like you were paying anything and then you get a bill in the mail for even more money. When you try to resolve it they just tell you no. Not only did the work not hold but they're very unethical and take it advantage of the seniors in the minority they deal with. I would not recommend them for surgery on my dogs eyes Very unethical Doctor

I was charged to do a eye procedure when the dr already knew with out telling me that doing the procedure to early in the stages it would not go away I was charged and now the problem is still there and when I go back they want to charge me again now as a Dr she knows it wasn't going to go away by doing the procedure early and just wanted money and now the my eye issue continues and they just want more money every time I walk in very unprofessional. They only care about money and not the patient. Yes I agreed to it but I'm not a Dr she should have known better with her experience.
