My family and I made an appointment to get a covid test done. We went to the appointment, waited in the parking lot, filled out the paperwork, and paid a lot of money. We waited for 45 min then finally someone came out to take the test. We left and after 2hrs finally got the results at 9 pm. We started the trip and discovered that a covid handwriting test was not accepted. So we called and asked if we could receive a printed result test. They said you would get it by the close of the day. They closed at 9 pm, and we didn't receive the letter. The following day, we found out that they don't open until 4 pm, and then it would be too late for us. So I had to pay again at another place to get the covid test done, FYI I look at the test report and the information didn't look right. I can see why this place needs a security guard ! One person in the lobby and still the wait is ridiculous. They have more rude nurses sitting in the office th patients waiting to be seen . I will never take anyone from my family here again Mr Dario! Your practice is terrible .

I went today to the urgent care and had such an amazing experience. Amazing MA's especially Lennet and Daisy the provider was super nice and quick hands down best urgent care would highly recommend

By far the best urgent care I have visited. Daisy and Lennet are professionals and very accommodating. Staff was very helpful when I had any questions. The provider who saw me was very informative and actually gave me a lot of options to solve my health problem. I had a wonderful experience and I will definitely be referring my family and friends here.

Very unprofessionalDr. made no sense!

I took my mom  to Urgent Care yesterday and she liked the facility because it's clean and the parking is easy. The staff is also nice. Dr. Castellanos came out and personally spoke with me regarding my mom's status. He fully explained everything to me and told me he would follow-up. He called later to make sure I was able to fill her prescription. That was definitely going above and beyond. Thanks to all for the caring customer service!

My daughter and I came 1:15pm on Saturday 12, 2022 the receptionist told me they are not taking any more patient and there were 3 patients waiting inside and no one beside us outside waiting room . I told them the clinic closed at 3pm. I ask why? Their response is the clinic have 3 patients that all for today. I don't know how it stay in business.

We are from out of town, & our daughter needed to be seen.  We visited Covina Urgent Care & couldn't have asked for a better experience.  All the staff were extremely kind & helpful.  As well as understanding when our daughter had a melt down during treatment.  We were seen in a timely manner & felt like our daughter was treated with care! We will definitely return if in the area again!
