Extremely happy with Dr. Lee's care. Have been under Dr. Lee's care for 5 + years and see her on an annual basis due to an lump on my neck. She did a thorough exam, & explained my condition. Pre Cancerous. 2 years ago Dr. Lee saw me within a week, 4 months sooner than my annual appt. as I was concerned the lump may be getting larger. Did blood tests at hospital first. Ordered an ultrasound to rule other possible issue, not directly related to her specialty. - All OK. Dr. Lee will will talk about personal things IF patient asks. Otherwise Dr. Lee does what I expect from her . Very busy Dr. and am great full Dr. Lee is my hematologist. 5 + star rating.

Avoid at all costs! Sham operation! Zero stars! They will offer to make an appointment which is $35 for an initial consultation for an immigration medical exam for USCIS, but when you ask them what the cost of the actual medical exam is going to cost, they refuse to give you a price quote!They are no doubt making a killing on poor immigrants in this low-income area of LB. It's a crying shame - they should be shut down ASAP!

In the middle of a pandemic, Dr. Lee and her staff have provided great health care while protecting her patients from Covid.

I have been going here for quite some time now . Christina Lee is very nice and pleasant to be around . Her staff is great and very accomadating. I highly recommend her and her staff .

Dr. Christina is a friendly and very competent doctor. I feel comfortable talking to her about health issues or concerns and feel confident she is giving me a high standard of care. She always does follow-up appointments (generally telehealth right now due to the pandemic) to discuss results from blood work or tests/screenings so you can better understand what is going on. Also, the employees at the front desk are so friendly and helpful! When I had a potentially more time sensitive health concern they did their best to get me in sooner as opposed to later and I really appreciated that. However, Dr. Christina is very busy so you do have to schedule your appointments ahead of time (generally as soon as possible). I have never been able to be seen right away so if you need a doctor who you can do next day or walk in appointments, she may not be the physician for you. Overall, I feel well taken care of by Dr. Christina and her staff!!

My family and I are delighted with the care my father has received from Dr. Lee. She is professional, approachable and caring. She always took the time to talk to my Dad and to explain everything to me when I accompanied him to appointments. Due to the pandemic, getting the initial diagnosis and then the referral to Dr. Lee was very difficult , but once she was on the case, everything was smooth sailing. She gave us referrals to other doctors to work on other aspects of my Dad's care. My Dad is doing great! We highly recommend Dr. Lee.

First of all I am almost 4 moths pregnant and decided to call here for an appointment so i can be transfered to an OB clinicGirls answering the phone booking appointments are not doing their job correctly , i waited a whole month for a call from them (an appointment) just for them to transfer me to an OB clinic , but they never called me , so i called them instead , and they said they had no information at all , they did not know who i was , or that i had an appointment over the phone with them , they kept asking my name and last name , transfered my call about 4 times to different people , and none of them had an idea who i was or why i was calling ,or that they had given me an appointment on that day , worst part is they wanted to give me another appointment in a fkn Month , so i had enough of this , and just changed doctor, , if i could give them Zero stars i would , they are not proffesional at all, they are a joke , and they have a bad attitude towards the client when it comes to solving a problem , i am a pregnant mom and need to see a doctor as soosn as possible , i dont have time for Games , this receptionist are playing games

The office refused to book an appointment for my daughter because she is a minor. I wasted 1.5 months trying to book an appointment and only got the run about their contract with the group (They are in network. I confirmed before calling them) and no availability for minors. I submitted a complaint with my plan and of course they deny it because not only is it unethical but also illegal. Don't waste your time going to this place as they will surely waste yours in trying to book an appointment. Also, the person who answers the phone has the worst attitude.
