Tzuhao Harry Wu Md's Online Review Report Card

I have been seeing Dr. Wu for 4 years now. I am a Nurse and have strong clinical and medical knowledge and Dr. Wu is very knowledgeable in everything to do with the GI system. He takes the time to listen, he always asks you if you have questions and he never hesitates to get you in quickly for an appointment if needed. He is very polite and has great bedside manner. Dr. Wu is the best specialist I have worked with personally and professionally.

Ed has been seeing Dr. Wu for years and we have nothing bit raves for him. Great office staff, Dr. Wu always contacts us if there is a problem and he's thorough and pleasant. We are very lucky to have had him as Ed's specialist.

Quite authoritarian. Poor people skills and unreliable follow-up calls.

This doctor is anti-vaccine. Forcing people not to take the covid vaccine jab.

The doctor was late for appointment for a total of 40 minutes, and didn't give me a heads-up. Very unorganized and chaos office.

This doctor is recommending people not to get Covid Vaccine, and he's thinking the vaccine can be dangerous.

Today I've had a gastroscopy at St. Mary's and Dr. Wu was performing it. His professional approach to his colleagues, assistants and myself was absolutely amazing. He made this fairly unpleasant procedure painless and quite tolerable. Thank you, Dr. Wu!!!

I have been a patient of Harry's for about 10 years now and found him and his staff to be wonderful and caring people. Recently had a colonoscopy and had some health concerns as there is cancer in my family including my eldest sibling who has recently was found to have advanced cancer in her lungs and thiroid. I also have several close friends and neighbors who are struggling with that terrible affliction. Because of this I was very anxious immediately following the colonoscopy that I to may have symptoms of cancer. I called Dr. Wu's office and left what was probably a confusing message as I tried to describe my anxiety to them while asking for an appointment with Harry. The office person called me within a few hours and listened intently to me trying to explain my issue and what I found about it on the internet. She was very empathetic, professional and understanding of my issue and how I wasn't dealing with it very well. She explained that Harry was going to be on call fort his group and probably wouldn't be able to get back to me for alteast a few days. Within a couple of hours, Harry called. We discussed my concerns. He asked me questions related to those concerns and was able to calm me down by giving me some assurance that I didn't have cancer or much else wrong with me. My experience with Dr. Wu and his team was the best it could be considering we're in the middle of a pandemic. I am more than pleased that Harry is my gastroenterologist and that he has great team.
