I had an amazing experience with these people today. They were so caring and I could tell they were going to do everything they could to help me. They did just that. I had two teeth removed and never felt a thing. The recovery hasn't hurt at all and I feel so much better. I hope these people truly know how big of a difference they are making. Thank you for everything, it was truly a blessing from God. Thank you. Every person from reception back, was exceptional.

Only place in town that takes partnership insurance, but hasn't taken new adult patients in years. And half the ladies at the front desk are very rude. You can only be seen if you're having a dental emergency and by that point it's too late to save your teeth.

I enjoy my Dr but there is one that holds up the process. My husband drives an elderly patient to the Dr. First time, he sat in the car for 2 hours. This last visit he went in with the patient this time. Come to find out you have to be there at checkin time but the Dr doesn't seem to think the appointment is not 45 minutes after appointment time. Get it together people. The ones transporting patients also have things to do besides spending the whole day in the Drs office.

I see the ambulance here all the time i live within eyesight so I go out to smoke a ciggeret in the mornings anyway I didn't count how many times this place has had the ambulance there In the morning like a frickin lot

I called @7:45am and let it ring until they open at 8 I asked if they could fix my sons tooth and the lady said someone before me got the appointment they must have more than one line. Called every day for over a week and still taking others not him one of his teeth has fallen out & he’s in terrible pain they don’t seem to care about that here in this area !!!

I have called in July 5 to get a tooth pulled. No one calls me back. I called in August manny times no one calls me back. My tooth is busted and I been dealing with pain everyday. I go to see them they are not accepting walk in. It's like no one wants to do there job.

I suppose any health care is better than no health care. They may have a couple better providers than the only one who sees patients in the office, Dr Smith. I hear he is a temp employee with no bedside manner, doesn't talk, very abrupt. The wait with an appointment is 2-3 hours. Fancy building, but lacking in professionalism. Three people at the front desk, not sure why. I will finish up with what they have planned, and then find another office if possible. No dental care here either for anyone coming in new for the past year and no hygienist. This place is not likely to get any better from what I have heard.
