This office and their staff is so unorganized! You can never get an appt with the Dr or the NP!! I called because I am really sick and they said the next available appt is in 12 days!!? What?!!! So I asked for a virtual appt!! None available!!!! Ridiculous!!!! Everytime I call I'm placed on hold then someone else picks up the phone and then places me on hold again just to have another person pick and ask me to explain all over again!!! I have been with this office for a while now and I can truly say I hate this office!!! They don't care about anyone!! They will let you die if it came down to it and they wouldn't even care!!! Warning!! If you care about your well-being don't come to this office ever!!! If I could give them NO STARS I WOULD!!!

Annual check up 2 weeks ago and blood work the same week. Called office to get a copy of my blood work results and they asked me to come in to review with PA. They schedule for a office visit 2 weeks later to review with PA. I arrive today for blood work results review and they start doing all the routine vital sign reviews and tell me cost of today's office visit. I mention to assistant that I was just there 3 weeks ago and all I need is a copy of my blood work results. She then tells me I will need to pay $25 cancellation fee for canceling appointment. I tell her I did not request the appointment, your office did. Very disappointing that a doctor will not take the time to review his patients blood work results without looking for an opportunity to bill insurance and patent. I am hoping Dr. Le will take notice of this and call me. Please read reviews before making appointment.

This doctor is horrible you never sees you youre always giving you a PA and if youre fortunate enough to see him all he does is sit behind his desk and never checks you out like other doctors they never call you with results you have to keep bugging them and you never get your prescriptions filled correctly they always have an issue and every time you want something done I never follow up you have to stay on them. Even our specialist who get copies of our test results call us and review it with us but not this guy we have to keep calling him and then in the end the only way to get it is for us to drive down there and have another appointment just to find out that everything is normal. This place sucks were looking for another doctor.

I like Dr. Chu Le. Hes personable He gave me good advice. And what I need to do to keep my health in good standing. His office staff are nice fruendly. Too.
