Dr Bancquierico is amazing She takes the time to stop and listen to the problem. Never rushes anyone. She is smart well read on numerous issues that affect people such age culture martial status etc.as well as her diagnosis is up to current ama guidelines and practices.

People here are so unprofessional. For example every time I call the receptionist always says can you please hold? Theres never been a time in the past 5yrs coming here that she has said hi how can i help you today? She leaves me on hold sometimes up to 25min. Ive also sat there and waited up to 2hrs the least amount of time and the most has been up to 4hrs as if this was a hospital. In this case I should go to the emergency room to see someone that knows what theyre doing. What they do in there is always talk loud laugh maybe thats why the receptionist always puts people on hold to keep chit chatting. And Dr Eldine A. Banquerigo takes way to long 1 hour and 30min with each patient. Ive talked to her about this before how she should be more considerate of others to check in a patient as quickly as possible this is not a lets make friends time... this should be fast. The longest she should take is 30min with a patient. And every question I ask her she cant just answer it she has to be looking up the answer on the computer. The only reason I come here is because my insurance covers for this place and its the nearest place to my home. But this is such an unprofessional place. I hate going here. So I’ll be looking into a different place tomorrow Oh and they never have appointments available its always two months from the time u called what it that all abt so sickening Whats wrong with these people?

I have seen Dr. B when my doctor was on vacation. I have been going to these doctors for twenty years plus and sometimes I wait but I am given the same opportunity with each doctor needed. Not herded like cattle.Great Doctors both of them and the staff too.

Dr. Banquerigo has been my physician for over 10 years. Very thorough and detailed helpful and nice. Yes there can be a longer wait but she is definitely worth it

Doesnt care about Patients time leaving them waiting 6 to 8 weeks out for appointments then another hour wait in the office

Terrible terrible I have a UTI came back in my blood results she wont see me until more than a month to get treated for urine infection Reception says we will let her know and she will call beack its been 3 times and no call yet.... I had to pay and get treatment from another dr will never come back here You can die and she dont care shes booked

My Kids and I have been a patient for 28 years and I would do it for another 28 years I miss them everyday I moved to N.C

THIS DR SUCKS

Yes sometimes you have to wait but Dr. Banguerigo is very thorough and always willing to listen. She is also very kind. She has always prescribed the right medication. I have been her patient for 10 years. If you get an early morning appointment the wait time is shorter.
