Dr. Brown always gives a thorough explanation for the problem you are having. He has all my medical history available at his fingertips on his trusty laptop. I also like that he gives me a copy of my lab and radiology reports. I have confidence in him and can truly say he is a great doctor.

Dr. Brown and his office are professional, courteous, and affable. Dr. Brown is very thorough and swift in his response. I have been going to Dr. Brown's office for the last 3+ years and have had a great experience throughout. I would definitely refer this office if you are looking for a new doctor. Hi knowledge, expertise, and approach is unparalleled.

Outstanding Doctor. I have been a patient of his since I left the military I was 1991 till present great customer service very professional and highly have recommended to my family my friends all have used his wisdom

Not happy with Dr. Brown's practice right now. The hours of operation suck, his front desk staffs lack professionalism in my opinion. In the beginning I ranted and raved about Dr. Brown but when I reflect back, it was because of the great referrals provided by his nurse Jasmine who I haven't seen there anymore. I used to be able to call and leave a message for Jasmine or leave a message on the patient portal but neither seem to be working for me anymore; she was prompt on responding back. I started seeing the military doctor who I am making progress with. Not truly a fan of military medical but it's better than having to take 15 steps to find out what's ailing you. Besides the VA doctor I have is excellent and so far thorough. She also has far more patients than Dr. Brown and is able to answer questions and address issues in a timely manner. I could go on and on about my issues with Dr. Brown's office but I'm not.

I shouldve written this review three years ago.Dr. Brown is an amazing doctor. Our insurance changed three years ago and the doctor I had been seeing for 23 years no longer accepted our insurance. Holy heck I was so stressed until I found Dr. Brown OMG He is as caring and kind as my former doctor. Most importantly he is an active listener He truly cares about his patients health He doesnt rush or dismiss your symptoms. My hubby also started seeing Dr. Brown We moved out of state last Summer otherwise hed still be our doctor And if we move back home we will return

Dr Brown has been my and my family's primary care doctor for years. He and his staff are very caring and they monitor our health carefully. He and his nurse practitioner believe in patient education and always take the time to answer our questions and address our concerns. Their medical advice has always been spot-on. They work well with our specialists, too. I can't recommend them highly enough.
