Dr Kim invited Rancho Cucamonga Pharmacy to participate on A MONEY SCAM the Pharmacy is inside of Dr Kins Office for Patients that pay cash they set the price on the medication between them to that’s really sad because Doctors makes a oath to help the patients not his pocket

We have been Dr. Kims Patients for over 25 years now and we are grateful for Dr. Kim and his staff. Dr. Kims staff is very respectful and are right on tasks and Dr. Kim is very intelligent and we feel secure knowing we are being taken care of with the best quality recommendations and knowledge that he provides. Couldnt get a refill for hypertension medicine unless i came in - in a pandemic mind you - no virtual visits - heck with that- went online got a great doctor who did a 3 mo refill and even gave me an order for labs. Get with the times- virtual visits will be the norm not the acception - lots and lots of choices - those who dont adapt will be left behind.

Dr Kim does not care about helping nobody he wants suddenly raise a copay from 150 to $200 with no notification and when you dont have enough money on you doesnt see youl. If ge waa actually trying to help someone why wouldnt he allow you to pay him next time or why wouldnt you just wave $40 out of 200 for ridiculous copayment refuses to take insurance when youre seeing him when youre trying to get help with something that could save your life staff and him are heartless and greedy care only for money dont bother wasting your time if you want Suboxone go somewhere else

I finally got a call back today, because i left several messages over a week. I had to down to the office to get my prescription filled. Bernice called me this and wjen i started to tell her the situation she cut me off to tell me their busy. So ride, i used to love this office. I love the doctors but if the mistake is yours you should not be rude to the patient. I have to look for another office this was so unprofessional.

I have been going to dr kim since 2002. He has been a wonderful dr. He knows my health what kind of stressors I face and knows me on a personal level. I am comfortable telling him anything. Because of my health conditions I see him once a month and look forward to the visits.

My fiance had to recently relocate to Rancho Cucamonga from the ravage of Hurricane Laura. His home was a total loss in Lake Charles last month. He needed to see a new physician here to establish with a new doctor to be treated for his medical conditions. Dr. Kim and staff were so kind and helpful to my fiance. He goes in one week for a followup appointment and needed refills. So happy we found him and he is local
