John A Fagan's Online Review Report Card

Been seeing Dr. Fagan for 20 years. Hopefully for another 20.

I have 4 kids w rare disorder that Dr. Fagan treats. I was so excited to finally find a MD that did. But the office manager OM was so unprofessional and downright rude. My children have very serious issues cyst inside spinal cord seizures tip of spin rests on brain stem Hoshimotos flattened pituitary w disfunction hyper intracranial pressure central sleep apnea w periodic movement disorder dysregulation of majority of bodily functions. Dr. Fagan doesnt take our insurance but our insurance would pay them directly because they are as desperate as we are to find us a doctor and have done so in the past. The OM said that would be fine. Next step I wanted to know if the doctor would be willing to take my kids. This would have taken 2 minutes with Dr. Fagan at his convenience. The OM came down hard. You need an appointment. My kids are adults they are disabled. Two have extreme anxiety and do not leave the house. I dont understand what the OM couldnt understand about the difficulty of getting the insurance to get us the paper work and getting the kids into the office during covid just to find out Dr. Fagan wont treat us. Havent found one MD yet willing to. I am embarrassed to say that I was so shook and disheartened not to mention I couldnt get a word in edge wise that I hung up on the OM. Never done that before.

Dr. Fagan 5 starHis staff 1 star. Angel or whatever her name is thinks that she is in charge and speaks for the doctor. YOU ARE NOT THE DOCTOR DO NOT GIVE YOUR MEDICAL ADVISE That being said Dr. Fagan is great and so is Dr. Zuniga who I had one time.

This is a fantastic office Meredith Dettmer is the reason I am still living today. Her hasty actions of taking care of me resulted in amazing care. I also love all of the staff. They are so kind helpful and accomodating Thank you very much Aspen Family

Dr. Fagan is the greatest doctor ever He is caring friendly so you always feel comfortable. He listens to you answers all your questions and the best thing is you never feel he is in a rush to leave. His staff is wonderful and always makes you feel important while you are there. I recommend everyone to him He has been our families doctor for many many years. If you want a great doctor then hes the one.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fagans for years. All the staff are above average but Dr. Fagan is the best hands down. Dr. Fagan acts like he enjoys being a doctor like he is a scientist who is truly searching for the best way to help you in your circumstance. No ones gonna be perfect but Aspen Family Medical Group continually tries to be...thats pretty impressive to me. Oh and btw Im not geriatric so he seems to be skilled with doctoring all ages.

The physicians at this office are great. The staff at this office are terrible. They sit by the phone and listen to it ring while they chat on the side. For example one time to make an appointment. I took a shower had breakfast drove over to watch the male at the front desk spinning around in his chair like a moron. Some staff do care but it is hard to get a hold of those for assistance.Physician rating 5. Staff 1. Average 3.

Dr. Fagan and his staff are the most professional and are absolutely the best family practice and geriatrics. Their care and kindness alone towards their patients are noteworthy enough to keep coming back. I am so happy to have found this place for my 101 year old grandmother. Thank you Aspen Family Medicine for your customer service genuine kindness and care. My grandmother is in good hands with you and I would not have it any other way.

We have been seeing Dr Fagan for at least 7 yrs. We have found him very easy to talk to and he listens to us. Their staff are very pleasant too. Would highly recommend him.

First visit was awesome. Was looking to find a new GP near my workplace and fortunately Aspen Medical Group. It is an office for older patients only geriatric asked me if I was at least 40 and found it to be welcoming compared to a regular office. First it was a calm and quiet atmosphere largely because there were no children love them but as I age I prefer not to be in a waiting room full of sick little ones it was very clean and orderly.I was immediately processed and no sooner than I sat down I was called into a room. HIGHLY unusual as I am used to waiting 1.5 2 hours between the waiting room and waiting for a doctor in a patient room. By the way all the office staff nurses on my way back to the room were kind and all were smiling. While this first time visit took longer because they were populating my file I feel like if I went back it would likely be a fraction of the time.I was seen by a young female doctor Dr. Espinoza. I really liked her kind demeanor as she wasnt rushed and asked me thoughtful questions. I fortunately was only there for sea sick patches before a vaction but was truly enjoyed my first visit.
