Unfortunately, the clinic is not suitable for human use, I do not know how they have a permit from the city of Rancho Cucamonga

I was in there for a referral and she said she sent it out to a specialist and then I never got a call from her office or anything in th he mail about my appointment with the specialist soni call her office and she had nothing on record of me even being in there and being referred to a specialist so I had to make another Appointment with her again three weeks after the first one and then waited for another week to find out when my appointment was with the specialist

Please Don’t waste your time First off I thought the clinic was closed down because it’s so hidden and looks like a building under renovations before you enter it’s beside a liquor store and a barber shop I don’t like the fact that they have a mailbox in front of the door it makes me feel in safe that they are trying to hide from something . The guys at the liquor store give me looks and I’m currently pregnant. The clinic itself is dirty the staff are unprofessional and rude . I don’t like the guy at the front desk desk he’s extremely rude .The doctor leena sheesh her self is nice but wish washy some days she nice others you wonder if she’s okay . she’s not as bad as the receptionistGuy at the desk .

Extremely rude Doctor. I was 7 mins late because I could not find her hidden clinic and she made such a fuss about it.

Well this is probably the third time I've had a problem with the office. There's times where I could never get a hold of them, and this was before covid-19 This time was too much.  I did make an appointment, and they made it the next day.  When I went in for my appointment and I wanted to share with her my third thing wrong with me, she said oh no no I don't have time for you we saw you today without an appointment, then I said" I did make one" she goes "no you didn't "  Also, she promised to send in referrals that day and that was one week ago and she never did because I just contacted IEHP they said that she never even sent them in. They were important.  A dermatologist and a neurologist.  So it looks like I have to change my doctor yet again.  This is maybe the fourth time in a whole year. I mean, she does pay attention to detail and everything and I have always overlooked the somewhat unkempt office needing a little bit of cleaning.but now I'm saying something the office needs to be updated the place isn't that clean there's even torn posters in the room that you get seen at etc. I almost forgot to mention that this review has nothing to do with the office staff at the front desk. They are very nice and helpful. I hope you found this review helpful

The worst doctor you will ever go to I got in a car crash and she prescribed me ibuprofen I also needed a referral for a urologist and she said”we only do one thing per visit.” I’ve filed a grievance against you you’re a terrible doctor.

This place is terrible. The staff is rude and unprofessional. Cant get answers about test results. Dr. Is often out of town. When we askedfor their license number they refused to give it.

Only reason it’s gets 4 stars is cuz of Lilly she is always very friendly and helpful the lady who answers the answering machine after hours is by far the rudest person I’ve ever met if it wasn’t for Lily this place would get zero stars

My doctor for 10 years. She is very knowledgeable about prevention.

This woman should not be able to practice medicineshe looks like shes a bag lady from streets the office is dirty and clutter everywhere.Her and her office staff are the unprofessional and rude.This so called dr. Cant remember why Im even there . I had to find a new dr just so I can get the professional help that I really need .this dr.jeckyl needs to give this up.All I can say is what a jokeshe gives REAL doctors a bad name
