Marilyn the office manager is rude and would not help me. I had to jump through hoops to try and get my daughter in. My daughter is out of medicine and Marilyn can care less. She said the earliest she can be seen is in a month I made a formal complaint to my insurance. Phone records show that Ive been calling her for 2 months now with no help. Do not take your kids here

The office staff is terrible, maybe even racist. Marilyn, the office manager will not give my daughter an appointment. She has given me the run around for months. I've had to jump through hoops for someone to help me. She is rude and didn't care that my daughter is out of her medication. My daughter needs a refill asap due to them not scheduling her,and Marilyn basically said too bad! She can put her in a month and no sooner. Do not take your kids here!! I will be making a formal complaint to my insurance company

The staff meaning (MARILYN) is EXTREMELY RUDE beyond belief I have been taking my kids to this doctor office for years and I think the doctor is good so this is nothing against him But when it comes to the blonde hair older lady behind the desk (MARILYN) it's completely opposite.She is awful (MARILYN)She has a horrible attitude (MARILYN) She talked about my kids saying that she cares more about my kids than I do (MARILYN) She is 100% disrespectful (MARILYN) She has ZERO PEOPLE SKILLS (MARILYN)She is a miserable person (MARILYN)She needs to realize that her job is to take calls and be polite to the patients that come in the office Not to run her mouth and act as though she is better than you and talk down to you about YOUR CHILDREN NOT HER CHILDREN!!!!!!!!!! Bottom line if you don't like your job maybe you should quit!!!!!!!!!!! Or get laid I have never been so infuriated by such a rude miserable awful disrespectful snob!!!!!!!!! First off the office is dirty and there is not separate waiting rooms for sick children. The girls at the front desk (Lily & Adriana) where rude and condescending to my wife and had a bad attitude. The doctor could not do basic math to tell me what percentile my child was in, he had to hand me the chart so I could figure it out.

He cares about my kids and his staff is wonderful

Horrible office horrible people. They scheduled me for 11 am appointment and when I got there rude woman said our appointment was at 10. It took me 45 minutes to get there and they sent me back saying we can’t see you and that you can come back at 215. I hope no one ever goes to this doctor. What a damn shame.

Worst experience of medical care I have ever experienced. Cannot even get an authorization sent for a flu shot. Do NOT go to this doctor for care.

I really like this office the ladies in the front are very nice and it doesn’t take a month to get an appointment. Dr Ibrahim very thorough and he listens to your complaints

Dr. Abrahim is a very good pediatrician, very knowledgeable and professional, we are very happy with him and his staff, it is our first baby and we feel in good hands with him.

Dr. Ibrahim is okay..he is friendly with good bedside manners BUT the staff nurses and office manager are horrible.  I have been through several situations where I was disappointed in the way they handled things.  I drove 30 mins to have my child seen by the doctor and when I arrived, the fire department wasn't letting anybody inside the building because someone reported smoke. Everyone was evacuated.  So, when they allowed us back inside, the nurse said I was late for my appointment...well, of course...I had waited outside for 45mins because they weren't letting anyone in the building. She said I should've called them to let them know! But why would I call them if everyone is evacuated out of the building. Turns out they didn't follow what the firemen said and were still working inside, while all of the other doctor offices were outside following the rules.  Another time there was a lady screaming profanity and fighting with another lady in the waiting room. No one asked her to leave even though our children were listening to this lady use every last curse word imaginable. They said it was out of their control. If you ask them a question they will not answer it and will just direct you to call your insurance company.  They also do not give the immunizations on site, instead, they send you to another place (pharmacy) where you have to wait again.  If you are okay dealing with rude and unfriendly office staff to see a so-so doctor...this is the place for you.
