I have spent the entire day trying to get approval for medication for my 83 year old brother. The first time I called I was told request would be sent. The second time I called I was told there was no record of my call. The third time I called I was told someone would contact me before 600 p.m.. When I called at 545 the office was closed. Mu brother has been out of medication for 2 weeks and has tried to get the doctor Ursula to approve his two prescriptions.

Walked in for my appointment and asked the security sitting at the desk where i go to check in. I didnt know my doctors name cause it was my first time and i never got a confimation email or anyrhing. The man sitting at the desk just kept asking info about my doctor instead of referring me to an actual receptionist.

First of all I love my nurse practitioner Janet. She is extremely nice and very thorough. Everyone in there is friendly and they get you in and out in a timely fashion.

Miss when it used to be rancho family practice it used to be more personal and fast. Now its 46 callers before would you like to wait and when you finally get a hold of someone it seems rushed and careless....

Im seriously injured and it just seems like they dont care. They keep forgetting to send paperwork on their end delaying my recovery time and which needs to be dealt with some urgency yet they are taking their time in helping out I just want to get better Ive suffered too long to have to deal with this now the longer I deal with my injuries the more stress and pain Im dealing with.

Have been treated by Janet Ursua for many years and more recently Yumi Wong. They are both very knowledgeable personable and caring. I will continue to go to both for my needs. The office staff has improved since they have joined CVMG. Always responsive helpful and polite

This group does not know how to make their patients happy when they are the ones that make the mistakes. Poor customer service Ive tried to give them a second chance and again they screwed me. The doctors there are ok their P.A.s are better. Wish they cared more about making their wrongs right with their patients.
