its next to impossible to get an appointment with her even if you are really ill. Her schedule is more important it seems than caring for her patients. She often brushes aside recommendations for care that other doctors have provided and will not prescribe medications that have worked in the past for illness if she decides she doesnt approve of them. I got more answers and care from an urgent care doctor recently than I have ever received from her. And the reason for the urgent care visit is because I could not get an appointment with her. Needless to say I have made the decision to leave her care and return to the care of my previous doctor even though he is 25 miles away. At lease he will see you if you are sick.

Dr. Leoni and her Staff are absolutely Outstanding We have been with her for 25 yrs. and I even brought my mom over because of her thro job.

They’re not really seeing patients in person because of Covid. So make a Tele Health appointment. Their customer service is EXCELLENT The reception desk is so helpful. They call back when they say they will and bend over backwards to get you the info and paperwork you need.

Ive been seeing this physician off and on for 20+ years. Shes rarely in the office even though appointments are booked under her name. Usually when I book an appointment i arrive to find myself treated by a very inexperienced PA visiting or training doctor. This has caused negligence and incompetence in my care . I do not recommend her.

Great Doctor Dr. Leonis office does not over schedule. The wait time is not long. She is an expert in family medicine when it comes to asthma fibroids and diabetes.

Dr. Leoni ha s been my family physician for about 18 years. She is a great and very knowledgeable doctor. Yes it is difficult to get an appointment. I think that so many people trust her that she has a great number of clients. This might explain the difficulty of getting appointments. Another reason might be that she does not overbook and reasonably spaces out her schedule. She is very kind and caring during the office visit. She has diagnosed me correctly on all occasions. I highly recommend her to family and friends

It tooked 4mo have an apptm w Dr. Leoni on the day of the apptm my apptm was at 11.00 AM I got to see her at 12.20 . They dont respect your time is this office and when you need referrals they dont have a good referral network. I am ready to change my PCP. Also the Dr. is always unavailable for apptm and the girls in the front are not helpful they claim to be super busy and I was the only one waiting in the waiting room. ... Time to change PCPs.

To ask for an appointment is impossible first of all the assistant named “mary” is LAZY she never do what she supposed to do referrals ANYTHING and she is UNRESPECTFUL and with a bad attitude really bad attitude and doctor leoni didn’t do anything about it And i was needing once something urgent and they didn’t get the referral Everything is very slowly and they have bad service

almost impossible to make an appointment with this doctor if you call the office they ask that you call at 830am on the day of to take a same day appointment they dont allow for advance appointment this does not work for FullTime employees one of the things the office said to my wife you can change doctors if this does not work with youHorrible
