Worse doctor I have ever had and will never use them again. Very unprofessional can’t even Bill the right patients for service. I received a bill for a claimdepression sessions and called and told them that Dr. Sandra K ForceObrowski got her patients mixed up this is not me and the office worker just kept saying that the Doctor said it was on both appointments phone days I was at work and I’m to busy at work I never do doctor phone appts at work only do all my appointments on Saturday’s when they are open and she pretty much called me a lier. They can’t keep their patients straight and never seem to help me when I did go in for appointments. I told them I would be reporting her incompetence to the board and if this bill I refuse to pay because it’s not me ends up on my credit report I will be suing them. Then I receive another letter of them cancelling my next appointment...lol fine with me I had no intention of ever going back to them and have now a new doctor. I have also informed my insurance company if they tried to Bill them for this of fraud in the Doctors part. People please do not waste your time and money on this Doctors office your health and well being deserves better care.

Worse family doctor I have ever had, they charge way to much and never seems to help you with your issues and I got bills from this doctors office for phone appointment I never had for a depression study and I have never been depressed or on any medication or done any studies or claims like this. When I called the office about the bill I told them she has her patients mixed up this was not me I was at work both those days and never take phone appointment at work for doctors and have always done my doctors appts on Saturday's when they are open and they just kept saying over and over the Doctor said it was me.  Oh and then I get a letter in the mail after I told them I was not paying this Bill it was not me and if it ended up on my credit report I would sue them and report her to the board they informed me in the letter that they are canceling my future appointments. Little did they know I have already gotten a new Doctor since apparently this Doctor can't keep her patients straight of who is doing what and what there issues are. Please people don't waste your time and money with this Doctor and her office they are a joke!

This review is solely based on their aesthetics part of the practice. I was so happy to find out they provide the Evolve by Inmode machine. This is a high grade machine that helps tighten, trim, and tone parts of your body. Many cosmetic doctors carry it in Los Angeles or maybe OC but not in the IE. The nurse Joann who has been providing these treatments to me is super nice and the staff is very welcoming. Excited to try different procedures with the doctor and nurses.

Unprofessional and lazy staff. I went to the Dr. ForceObrowski because I needed a prescription for a CPAP machine. Gave them the sleep study and got a call back from a clerk on Friday saying my insurance approved it and I would get the CPAP next week.I didnt get the CPAP. I called on Friday to check in. The lady I spoke with gave me the number for Apria. I called Apria. They got the authorization but not the prescription. They called my doctors office to request the prescription on Monday. I called the doctors office. She said they sent it but would do it again. And she said she never said the CPAP would come this week lying to me. She also didnt get the request on Monday. Couple of hours later I call Apria again to see if they have received it. They didnt. I call back my doctors office to say they didnt and give her the correct fax number. She says shell fax it right away.I call Apria an 70 minutes later. They never got it. I call the office. She said she just sent it 20 minutes ago. I tell them Ill pick up the prescription and drop it off. When I drop it off at Apria they said they never got anything from the office.WHY THE HELL IS IT MY JOB TO DO THEIR JOB? IM SO ANGRY CALL APRIA YOURSELF AND DO YOUR JOB. DONT EXPECT THESE STAFF TO CARE ABOUT YOUR HEALTH THEYRE LAZY AND INCOMPETENT.

The doctors are great. Just the wait time kills it. Youre never seen at your appointment time. Its always a 4560 min wait after your scheduled time. However if youre late or cancel less than 24 hrs its a $40 fee.

She is a very knowledgable and helpful dr that i have been to 100% recommended

Dr. Shelton is absolutely the best Shes full of knowledge very caring. She takes very good care of me

Five years later I am still satisfied with Dr. Force-Obrowski as my primary care physician. My one dissatisfaction is with communication between office staff and doctor and their leaving the phone on the service after arriving at the  office and up to 3 hours at lunchtime . I have seen a large turnover among office staff but the service has not improved.
