thinking about switching doctors for my boys.. one of my sons need another cranial band for flathead and i receieved the email the week of oct 8 this office receieved the authorization form that thurs or fri.. i called and they said its a 72 hour turn around. so i called the following wednesday. they said its been signed and sent to insurance. that can take up to 2 weeks to process. fast forward 8 days later i called the place for the cranial bands and asked if there was any way i could speed up the process with insurance. if id be able to call or what not. because the sooner they are in the bands the less time theyll need to wear it. the representative said their notes indicate they were finally able to get a hold of this office yesterday... 7 days after they told me they had signed the authorization.. but the cranial place had been trying and trying before to reach them and there was no contact made....they are now processing the authorization and the woman who handles the referrals is going to be having it sent out to insurance.. which means it still hasnt been sent it has been well over 72 hours for their turn around period. and im pissed.this does not have any reflection on the doctors here. the pediatricians are great they know their stuff. they explain to you what is going on instead of being vague and i appreciate them for that. i favor Dr. Lee but both are very good.but its becoming hard to want to stick around when my sons treatment is being prolonged due to incompetent office staff...

Ive had the displeasure of interacting with Shawn Yamamoto and Tiffany Quan each only once for my 3 year old daughter. Dr Quan funny enough told us to do nothing and wait it out for the body to heal itself when I took my child in for a severe coldflu fevercoughing which has lasted for 3 weeks already. Dr. Yamamoto from only one interaction with her I see she is impatient does NOT like to listen likes to talk a lot in repetition and maybe she could care less because she rushed out to leave. Needless to say if you want to waste your time with these clueless ladies then by all means go here. If you want your time to be valued and your childrens health to be respected then go elsewhere. So I ended up taking my child to urgent care which is shocking the doctor there actually stuck around to talk with us and prescribed my daughter some antibiotics. Thank you Inland Empire Urgent Care

The staff is friendly and warm. I always look forward to seeing them. My sons doctor Dr. Lee is kind thorough and very informative. I am very happy with their services.

I dont like this place and im going to find another doctor for my daughter they charged me $35 to fill out a form that I needed for IHSS.

Dr. Quan has always treated our daughter very well and has been her primary care doctor since she was born in 2005. Unfortunately past the first couple of years and especially after her office move we rarely see Dr. Quan and instead see another doctor or nurse practitioner. Good news is that the other doctors are also nice and helpful but also really busy. The reason for the low rating is the administrative staff. They generally have poor attitudes and are unresponsive. Waiting over an hour past your appointment time is typical and reaching the staff on the phone is difficulty with reaching a doctor nearly impossible. I remember one appointment for my daughter where she was the first for the day. The staff took us to a room which was cold and we waited over an hour and no one visited the room. Turns out that the doctor was running late and the staff literally forgot we were there. They were unapologetic when I said we couldnt wait because the doctor was going to be another 3060 minutes late. In short the doctors are good although seeing Dr. Quan is rare and the staff is inattentive and generally uncaring.

My son went to Dr. Quan for 4 years until we started getting second opinions. They had my son on 5 medications for allergies when we noticed that my son seemed to have problems hearing us we made an appointment. The Dr. said his hearing was fine. We got a second opinion from a Dr. at another practice. This new Dr. actually took the time to test his ear fluid. As it turns out my son had so much fluid in his ears that he was only hearing at 46%. We switched to the new Dr.

Waited in the actual room for an 1 hour and 45 min total No one ever came back in to give my son his vaccine. We ended up walking out
