The dedicated team here, from my insightful therapist Alyx to my three psychiatrists - Dr. Rivera, Dr. Feller, and Dr. Rafael, not to mention my diligent case manager Robert, all demonstrated an unwavering commitment to my well-being. Their tremendous effort has sparked a notable positive change in me. While I recognize that my path to full recovery is still unfolding, the progress I've experienced thus far is palpable and deeply appreciated.

The “brand new” apartment I began residing in had already came with a bed, couch, tv, other furniture, television, etc. A 40 oz beer bottle was already left empty in the sink cabinet, and the area was quite bad for other reasons.

I've only been attending Alcott groups via zoom for a couple of weeks and I'm already feeling ten times more supported than I was coming out of the hospital. I love my therapists and case manager. The kindest most caring and understanding people. Thank you

Unfortunately I have been with Alcott center over 2 years now. And I am still waiting for mental health services ! No one has contacted me yet !

in 4 months will have been here 2 years...first case manager helped me get in when I told her I was in a dysfunctional spousal relationship... then she kept touching my shoulder and whisper evil nothings in my ear to "toe the line" or "else". The property manager cares about nothing but "her family time..."

I usually support any positive endeavors. However this place has corruption written all over it. Starting they have Kiwi Ling the porn actress as their Grant writer. I wonder what's she doing with the grant money that needs to be used for patients that actually need it.

If you're looking for a way through the tough stuff, which takes time and patience with yourself. The staff and medical support are extremely compassionate and helpful . This place helped me change my life!
