Hola tengo caso con Premier durante 5 años y he tenido muchas enfermeras por aca con el personal de la oficina siempre me ayudan y son exelente no hay problemas con Ellos pero en el caso de las enfermeras es un problema por que no TIENEN ENFERMERAS QUE HABLEN ESPAÑOL y es un problema grande para las personas Latinas como yo ya que no entiendo el ingles a un 100% y esto es estresante por que ellos tienen el cuidado de mi nena y a un que no es grave su caso es un caso medico donde se necesita comunicación con la enfermera y hay esta el problema. este es un pais multicultural donde hay personas de todo el mundo y es necesario personal bilingue tanbien deverian de tener planes de estrategia para cuando una enfermera falte tengas otra enfermera de cobertura
