This hospital is 3 worst than a county hospital.Most of the employees dont give a hoot about patients.Most of the supervisors are unaccountable and the hospital is a total caos.

It has been brought to my attention that you have a registered nurse working for you, by the name of Dana Louise Clarino. This woman has been harassing and videotaping a woman and posting it online (TikTok). Dana has also been putting the victims license plate name and address. Causing unessesary trauma to this woman and causing serious safety issues. I would hope that this is not the type of personality you would want representing your facility. I hope to see this addressed as soon as possible, and a quick resolve achieved. I will expect the resolution to be posted so we can all feel more comfortable. Tanya Boudreau

Staff is nice, but seem overworked, and a lot seem inexperienced. The whole place needs to be torn down and rebuilt. That’s the only way this rustic place can get better. Call lights don’t actually alert any staff unless the happen to be in the vicinity of your room, windows are broken, the plumbings smells horrible in some rooms.

How can I give them 0 stars? My mother experienced a medical emergency at 3 am on 4/1/23 was taken to this hospital and the nurse that attended my mother was very rude. The first one was so nice, and once they changed turns it went all bad, he was hurting my mother and even when she told him this he kept doing what she expressed was hurting her. He didn’t do anything to make her comfortable and just made her feel worse. This is not acceptable, nobody has ever treated my mother this way in the medical field. I’m shocked at this hospital because this is where my grandfather spent his last years and we loved the service. Last time my mother came here also had a bad experience. 💔

Nurse Debbie was a delight. The ER lobby wasn’t packed and ran quickly. Parking was sparse.

SCH is full of kind nurses and therapists. All it needs is an upgrade on beds, rooms, and restrooms.

Everything was good until after surgery and I got into a room. Then the nursing staff stop caring and I stop receiving any sort of care.
