List of Cedars-Sinai Medical Group's Reviews
Got in and out for a CO-VID test in 20 minutes.
This is a very unprofessional facility.I checked in and was sent to a room and was asked a few questions by a medical technician. Within a few minutes the technician left the room after telling me that a doctor would be in the room to see me soon. The technician closed the door to the room where I waited. After one hour, no one came to the room. I opened the door and saw anemployee in the hall looking surprised that I exited a room. I went to the counter and asked why I was forgotten and ignored. I was told I was not forgotten and that the facility was very busy. That was a lie. When I entered the facility there was only one other person waiting to be seen. I was the second. I was then told that if I returned to the room, a doctor would be in soon to see me. I agreed then returned to the room. I waited another half hour. However, this time when I waited in the room, I left the door open. I could hear the employees joking and discussing what they planned for the weekend. After another thirty minutes, I again returned to the counter after being ignored and was again assured that a doctor would be in soon. This was another lie because the facility was scheduled to be closed within twenty minutes (the facility closes at 9:00 P.M. It was 8:42 P.M. when the latest lie was told to me.The medical employees should be ashamed for their callous disregard to sick patients who come to them for help.Leaving an obviously sick patient alone in a closed room unattended for an hour is incompetent no matter what excuse the facility fabricates.Incidentally, I was there for an emergency. How can a competent facility justify leaving a sick person in a closed off room for an hour without at least once checking on the sick person?Cedars-Sinai Urgent Care is a disgrace in this instance. It is an insult to call the facility an urgent care entity.Leaving an obviously sick patient alone in a closed room for over an hour should be referred to the State Medical Board and it will be.
They are really nice and it only took about 30 minutes to see the doctor
Dr. Shim was very thorough and gentle. I had a 2nd degree burn. His assistant was very kind and gave me excellent care as well. The facility is sparkling clean.
This goes down as one of the worst urgent care facilities I have ever been to. If you think scheduling an appointment ahead of time buys you anything, it doesn’t. Archaic facility and procedures. I was at a UCLA urgent care facility recently and I was in and out seen by doctor in 30 minutes. Clean, nice, efficient and state of the art. Oh and I had my prescription in hand 15 minutes later.
Cannot get my own test rsults!Went to Cedars Sinai Urgent Care feeling dreadful, and asked if the doctor did run bloodwork, would they mail me a hard copy. Yes, they said, sign here. They proceeded to have me sign and initial a literally blank, black screen of supposed medical forms (seemed suspect, the blind signing).Long story short, when I phoned in to get results of bloodwork taken, doctor (Eginia Falco) never spoke to me, and have talked to dozens of people and they will not mail me out my labs. I have a call log as long as your arm trying to resolve this. I may have to have repeat bloodwork done elsewhere, apparently. Medicare Quality Assurance from my insurance company, tried to intervene but, again, they won’t mail me my records as promised.I believe they see me as an older, disabled woman and just keep shouting at me to use their computer portal because they have no intention of giving me quality medical care. They are extremely rude and dismissive and although have called/ emailed/ written Cedars-Sinai, I do not have my results, now 11 days later..
It is located across from the We work building.
Was the best clean fast wonderful !! Thank u! ❤️
Terrible service. My daughter went to urgent care with chest pain and concerns for a blood clot. Dr. Nguyen, Nelson who gave her the wrong referral to a cardiologist left her standing outside trying to figure it out. He nor his staff would speak with her or help, but used the receptionist as a shield. Very uncaring. I am so glad she is now on her way to the emergency at Cedar Sinai hospital.
Great service no waiting to check in. Called me in with in five minutes of waiting in the lobby and my meds were ready as soon as I got to my pharmacy.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
