Came to take a rapid covid test. Literally there was hardly anyone here and the wait was ridiculous. This should of been an in and out visit when there’s literally no one here.

This place USED to be great, pre-COVID. I will now be avoiding it. They are just a COVID-testing money-making machine now, and don't seem to actually care about reducing the spread of COVID. I had to specify several times that I was not there for a COVID test. It took an hour for my non-COVID related issue to be seen (which is fine), and in that time I was sat between 2 people who later tested positive. Nobody came to wipe down anything they had touched or the chairs they were sitting in. Nobody cared to separate people who probably have COVID from those who don't. The staff touched a positive covid test with gloves, then my insurance card with the same gloves. Im sure the exam room chairs and vitals equipment are not sanitized between patients either. I don't even care about what I came in for now, I probably just paid to get COVID. The doctors and facilities have always been fine, and the staff are not unfriendly, but have always seemed to be insufficiently trained and not know what they are doing...that's acceptable usually, as they aren't providing my care, but during a pandemic when their lack of attention can result in a patient catching COVID from another, it is unacceptable. If you are going to offer COVID tests to protect the community, please actually make an effort to protect the community.

Very friendly urgent care. I visited to do a COVID pcr test. Was Fast and efficient for my travel date. Very nice workers gave me a call and emailed my results. Amazing !!!

Amazing Urgent care! Very nice staff. Very great service fast and efficient. I would really recommend anybody looking for an urgent care and is around the city to go to Culver City Urgent care. They will make your visit worth it. The provider is an excellent provider as well. Very nice people.

I have never been to an urgent care where the service is so fast and efficient. They really know what they’re doing and I’m happy I decided to go to them, especially during this pandemic where you have to be very respectful and have safety in mind (which they did exactly that). I’ll be recommending people to come here for sure.

My sister fell and needed stitches this was the closest urgent care near us. Fastest,efficient service we’ve ever had for our first time at urgent care.

The staff here are amazing! I was afraid to be stuck at the drs office for hours but this location made my experience fast and easy, thank you girls!!!

Very great place! I highly recommend. Nurses/Dr have very good bed side manner. I went in on a Wednesday and the workers their are amazing! Fast and efficient nurses.
