Unprofessional staff and dirty facility. Complete waste of time, wasn't able to complete my MRI and will have to reschedule at a different location.

Highly unprofessional!! Very difficult to reach by phone with long hold waits then once you make an appointment a week in advance and they cancel on you the same day because their technician has to leave early. My whole day ruined and needed this done. Complete waste of my time and energy when I could have scheduled with a more professional facility and had it done by now. Stay away and go somewhere that customer service is their strength.Highly unprofessional!! Fantastic place! Had a MRI done here and was a quick and painless experience. Staff guided me through the process and answered any questions. Would recommend if you need a place to get something done

These guys were awesome! They were so friendly and nice and where sure to make me comfortable. No waiting very clean facility. Cindy and Lupe were awesome! They even went the extra mile to help me find some records that I needed. Much better than the other experience I had with records department. These guys saved the day!!

I had an MRI at this facility in December and have had tinnitus since. The machine was overly loud. I've had multiple MRI's and this machine was the loudest by far. I did have the ear plugs they gave out. They never gave me the emergency bulb to reach out to the technician. I should have yelled to stop but wanted to finish the scan. I told the tech when I got out that it was way loud. I've tried to reach out to them spoke to one lady and she said the ringing should go away in a few days. Since then I've been leaving messages and no call backs. Wondering if anyone has had any issues like this?
