Dr. Fernandez is an amazing doctor. He has spent many years of life to his practice. He listens to every single one of his patients and gives them good advice/feed back. Dr. Fernandez really is the best dermatologist. I really recommend him to anyone!

Before going to see Dr. Fernandez at the Tarzana office, my family had been to about 5 dermatologists in the LA area and we just weren't impressed with any. That is, until we met Dr. Fernandez. We have been going to see him for a few years now and he has always been generous with his time and attention, he is so impressive in the way he approaches his patients and communicates with them, and never makes you feel like he's in a hurry to get to the next person. Staff was very nice , however I didn't like the parking garage it seem to be unsafe . Reason I say this is I'm traveling with a 2 year old whom as any child you have to secure them in their seatbelt while your back is turned . You would think that the building management would have figured this out . Regardless if it's in a ok neighborhood. Now like I said the office staff was very nice and friendly. The office it self was very clean just on the small sizes. Now the doctor seem to provide a lot of information about my daughter skin . However I get the feeling like he did not care to much about the fact that I was asking questions . He gave her a prescription with 1 refill . He said no need for a follow up appointment so I was wondering why would he said that needs to say I will not be taking my child there again .

Seriously, Dr. Fernandez and the whole staff couldn't have been nicer. I went in to his Tarzana office this morning because I had a bump on my ear (which turned out to be a mole) that I was freaking out about. He numbed my ear and removed the mole for a precautionary biopsy and I felt ZERO pain. I always hate going to new Dr.'s because I've been to my share of mean ones with rude staff, but they were all so genuinely nice that I had to write a review as soon as I got back to my office. So relieved to have a new Dermatologist to go to when I worry.

I only wish my other doctors had the beside manner and professioanlisim as Geover Fernandez.
