I remember my first visit to Dr. Dhir. I was blown away that my appointment was an experience. From the beautiful lobby, to the incredible patient rooms, it felt like a treat to just visit the office. When Dr. Dhir came in, he spent a lot of time with me as a person, wanting to understand my goals and wellness and he demonstrated in my first appointment, and every appointment since, that he really cares about me as a person. Making any change to your face for the first time, no matter how minor, can be scary, but Dr. Dhir explained his approach to me -- deeply rooted in his scientific expertise of the face, muscles, bones and how it all ages over time. He encouraged me doing less over more, and now, there is no one else I would trust with my face. I am a lifelong patient and never miss a quarterly appointment. I started with botox when I was younger, and have recently used fillers, which honestly, Dr. Dhir is a magician with. I can't believe what he is able to achieve. On top of it all, he has the most kind and caring team of women who help make the entire process not only easy, but enjoyable. 10 out of 10, highly recommend.

I visited Dr. Dhir in September 2022 from NYC. I had done plenty of research on who would handle my rhinoplasty. His office was incredibly efficient in helping me organize what I needed to get done pre and post-surgery. I was really, really nervous prior to my surgery. When Dr. Dhir came in to say hello, he immediately made me feel at ease. Post the surgery, he excitedly greeted me, saying the surgery was a success, and he couldn't wait for me to see the results.Throughout the first week of healing, Dr. Dhir kept in touch and let me know the Do's and Don'ts, especially tricks to sleep better those first few days. My post-op visit was a success, too. He cleaned me up and presented a mirror and I was wowed. I was so excited to fly back to NY and show everyone my results! I would recommend Dr. Dhir and his staff to anyone considering such a procedure. Anita A.

Like anyone, I was first very nervous to get Botox and Fillers to erase the wrinkles to enhance my facial appearance.Dr. Dhir's exceptional talent and skills made the entire procedure very comfortable and painless. The 'refreshed' look exceeded my expectations, which were affirmed by the compliments that I received from my friends and family.My experience with Dr. Dhir was very safe, pleasant and most rewarding. Not only are Dr. Dhir and his staff personable, funny, warm and inviting, the man is an ARTIST. Nothing about our interactions are clinical - it's like catching up with an old friend! But the whole time, he's reading your face, the movements, the natural unsymmetrical uniqueness. By the time you get around to telling him what you were thinking of having done, he already knows! And he has a plan for the most conservative and harmonious way to do it. After a year of getting to know my face by seeing me for fillers and botox, I asked him what a rhinoplasty would look like. At first he was hesitant to make such a major change, which I loved! He really cares primarily about the symmetry of your face. We spent the next few months trying different things to slim out my nose with fillers. Eventually, when he could tell I was really hung up about this one thing, he agreed to undertake the insane task of giving me "my exact same nose, just slightly less of it. But the same. But less. I don't want anyone to know except me." -- when I went to surgery the day of my operation he had printed out all of my Face-tuned photos as inspiration around the operating room! We put on a Katy Perry song of my choice and I felt so seen, taken care of and understood. I knew I was in excellent hands with a surgeon that knew my facial structure better than me! And from day one, he always told me my face was perfect and I didn't NEED anything. It's about play, art, fun, joy, enhancement, polishing. The results have changed my life. It's the best thing I've ever done and while it should have also been the scariest (after all, my face is my money maker!) I felt so at ease in his care. I send everyone to him. You can find many skilled surgeons in Beverly Hills but there are very few who will treat your face as if it was their own, or their childs. I would honestly go no where else. Ever. You better be in practice forever, doc!

Spent over 3000.00 for simple procedure and look worse than when I went in. I don’t think this doctor is very honest. He try’s really hard with this act he does but it is not genuine.. Then he try’s to pass off the bad results to me. At my follow up he didn’t even look at everything until I mentioned to him and then he did not even get off his chair and come close to see what I was talking about. And he actually referred to my lips as “those kind of lips”. Like how dare I expect good results with “these kind of lips” . Didn’t mention anything about that when he was injecting.

CHIN IMPLANT: This was probably one of the best decisions of my life. I was used to getting filler for my chin for years and always remained apprehensive when it came to the more permanent solution, which was surgery. I knew I would be in good hands, but the thought of an implant in my face was a bit scary at first. Barter having a couple of conversations with the doctor and staff, I felt way more comfortable with the idea. The whole process leading up to the surgery was very smooth and Dr. Dhir along his team did a great job of ensuring it. Everyone was so attentive post-op and responsive to any concerns I may have had. My healing was surprisingly really fast and I started seeing amazing results within days. Every month after that, I noticed an even more amazing result. The best part of working with Dr. Dhir was how much he cared for me before and after (even to this day). Amazing bedside manners and after care. I know that I wasn’t just another number to him. I have ZERO regrets after this surgery and am so happy to have such a great doctor. I could never go to anyone else!

I had a particularly tricky rhinoplasty I avoided for years. I did not have a huge bridge but rather a bulbous tip that I felt was getting larger/droopier with age. After following dr. Dhir for years on Instagram, I finally went in to see him and knew he would be the only doctor I would choose for the procedure. He knew immediately what I wanted and made talking about those wants easy, which was not my experience at other consultations. Furthermore, he did a fantastic job on a my non-cookie cutter rhinoplasty. I'm now a few months out from the procedure and my nose fits me perfectly, and looks like my inspiration pictures. My biggest fear was looking overdone and somehow dr dhir managed to walk that fine line perfectly.

I went for Botox and Fillers and he started talking to me about a rhinoplasty. He started off telling me he wasn't going to tell me what I needed but then proceeded to tell me what he thought I needed lol. Very nice person but I could tell he thought he could talk me into more than Botox and Fillers. Mind you this was the first time I had ever gone to see a doctor for Botox and fillers so I was nervous and scared. He proceeded to talk to me about everyone is insecure and has issues with their appearance and that's why people go to get work done. I usually tend to let people show me who they are and although he seems like a nice man who wants to help when faced with tough situations he doesn't handle them well. He recommended I get a PRP micro needling facial. I have large pores, some acne scars and sun damage. He had the nurse or assistant do it and idk if she knew what she was doing or what the case was but after she did the micro needling he came in and did it more. The next day I went in for a follow up and my pores were significantly larger which I addressed and he didn't acknowledge. I also had broken capillaries near my smile lines and all he said was that he wanted to try something with Botox on my face but at that point I was too scared to allow him to touch my face. The fact that he tried to dismiss my concerns bothered me so I started crying because I couldn't hold back my tears and I did say that he botched me. He explained that I needed to let my skin recover which I did and I was left with scarred skin :_(. Only then did he address the issues with the broken capillaries and the large pores. I requested a refund and he granted it. After I healed some of my pores did minimize but majority of my pores are significantly larger than when I had gone in. I still have significantly larger pores than when I originally went in and I have scaring that looks like wrinkled skin on my laugh lines now :/ the Botox and fillers placement were SPOT ON but I would not recommend for anything else and that's me being generous. I personally would never return this facility. I've seen so many complaints on rhinoplasty which is why I declined his offer for a nose job in the first place and after this experience with him and my skin I'm glad I opted out of it.

I went in for a little Botox and filler. I chose doctor Dhir because he is gives a very natural look and that's what I was going for. I have to admit he does do a great job at Botox and fillers as far as placement goes. I loved that part. He recommended for me to get a PRP facial. I said okay. His assistant did majority of the work and he came in and went over her work. The next day my pores were bigger than before. I went back in for a check up as requested and I asked him about the size of my pores and he didn't have a solution but he did suggest he'd do Botox on me and I was very worried so I declined. It healed very nicely but after a few months the effects went away and my pores are even bigger than they were before now and that is what I'm left with. I wish I never did the facial with him but it's too late now. He also recommended a nose job for me when I only went in for Botox and fillers but I told him I like my ethic nose. When I asked for photos of his work on a ethnic nose like mine he referred me to IG lol he had nothing to show in office to make me understand what he wanted to do. I was just supposed to go based off of his word I guess. After reading his rhinoplasty reviews I'm glad I stuck to my guns. I thought it was odd that he referred me to IG where there is only pics of people with huge bumps on their nose. I don't have that issue with my nose.

I had my rhinoplasty with Dr. Dhir in 2020. 6 months after the surgery I noticed very obvious indentations on both sides of my nostrils and could no longer breath through my nose alone. He stated to give it time to heal and he would do a revision if needed. At the 1 year mark I still had this issue and the indentations were deeper making me a chronic mouth breather. Dr. Dhir has now back peddled saying he doesn't recommend revision and tried telling me "air is getting through even though it doesn't feel like it". He did not keep what was to be my 1.5 year consultation and now I'm left searching for a new surgeon to do a revision. No I would not recommend this surgeon to anyone seeking rhinoplasty. He under delivered and went back on his promise to fix any issues that might come along.
