I had such a great experience at this pediatrics office. I'm so happy a found this hidden gem. The Dr. Deleaver-Russell Margo actually cares and takes time to listen to you and is not rushing to see next patient. I'm blessed to finally find a good place for my 10 month old baby , it took me 10 months to finally find a good pediatrics office .

The 👌 BEST! Dr. Deleaver took care of my kids and now my grandchildren. She has a great bedside manner and is very thorough and knowledgeable. Ths staff is very polite and friendly.

Completely unprofessional when it comes to managing time and keeping track of records. Absolutely no regard or respect for people's time. Came a month ago for check ups and to get vaccines updated. We waited for an HOUR past our appointment time. They couldn't find my kids' vax records despite them last being vaccinated here. So, we had to waste more time and gas and pay for parking AGAIN and come back. They put our appointment for the WRONG DAY, so I have to reschedule. They give me 3:45, then when they call for my confirmation, they say there is a 3:00 open instead. We arrive at 2:45, they send us DOWNSTAIRS to wait in the building lobby, then call us 10 minutes to come to wait in the lobby. We are finally in the doctor's room at 3:58. Then they come in and ask for records AGAIN bc apparently they didn't find them in all that time. I will say it's a step up from just going to Venice Family Clinic, but don't expect much more. I wanted to support this husband and wife team and they are great docs, and even drive out of my way to come here, but my children will no longer be under the care of this disorganized staff. The disrespect of time, money, and record keeping are all the red flags I need.

My son is 19, I have been bringing him to her since he was 3 years old. She is the one who first caught his autism. I adore this woman, she is so amazing, we will miss her when he turns 21. She is like no other!

Dr Margo DeLeaver is the best pediatrician we’ve met. She is so caring and thoughtful and genuinely wants what’s best for your child. She is calm, patient, she listens to you and explains everything so you understand. We’re so lucky we found her.

Has to be the best doctor and staff I have seen. Every single person in the office cares for my kids as if she is their own. Araceli in front desk never turns away a last minute appointment which is golden in this town, and dr D. Knows what she is taking about and listens to you no matter how long it takes. I love this team.

Dr DeLeaver is the best pediatric doctor I have ever known. She is not only knowledgeable, professional but also kind, and nice to patients and her students.

We've been going to Dr. Deleaver for over a year now. She sold her practice to Complete Care but is still there working hard. Dr. Deleaver has done a very good job with my 5 year old grandson. She detected a heart murmur, ordered full blood panel and found high cholesterol and referred us to a pediatric cardiologist for an EKG. All of this turned out well and we are grateful for her diligence. The comments regarding her terrible phone system (which sometimes didn't even allow for messages to be left!) are now obsolete. The system was replaced and the phones are nearly always answered immediately. Paper records are now computerized and the office staff is very helpful.

Doctor Margo is the most truthful, amazing docoter i have ever gone to. I started going to her at the age of 5 all the ways up 21 years old. I love how she takes the time to explain your medication to you. (What is it for, what it's going to do.) And she speaks Spanish. Thank you doctor Margo.
