I’ve had an excellent experience always at the Culver City office, unfortunately the front office staff at the Santa Monica office are less than to be desired. My husband and I on two separate occasions were treated unprofessionally. Patient care was not a priority!!!!

Went in because my ear felt like it had to pop. Feels like an infection. I got septoplasty, adenoidectomy, turbinate reduction. But my ear still has pressure and my head still hurts

I am highly impressed with the level of care and the experience of Dr Putnam. She has been helping me with a rare complex nasal obstruction that left me with severe pain and no air in my nose. She has been very patient with me. I went in for surgery under anesthesia. The entire staff, nurses, everyone I met where beyond nice , warming and made me feel so much better about the anxiety of my surgery. It over exceeded my expectations. My situation is very unique and DR Putnam has been my Life savor . She gets straight to the point fast when you ask her a question. She’s the most intelligent Dr I’ve ever met and is a deep thinker and highly highly skilled

Michelle Putnam M.D. is awesome and I totally recommend her. I had a horrible cough for over 3 months. Dr. Putnam gave me a very detailed check and scan - I'm a proactive patient and I ask a lot of questions - she was happy to work together with me on ideas and she suggested a plan of action. It worked and within a month my cough was completely gone. Six months later she was fantastic at treating me for an ear infection. I totally recommend her and her bedside manor is awesome too! I think Dr Putnam is the best ENT doctor you will ever find. I highly recommend her and her office staff are very lovely too!

Dr. Putnam was great for the one visit I had with her. She listened to me go through my semi-extensive ear history (surgery, car accident, recent issue with ear wax removal) and asked questions that indicated that she actually listened! She allowed time for me to ask her any questions that I had and did not make me feel rushed. She removed the ear wax successfully (the audiologist was not able to) with almost no pain. She examined the prosthesis in my ear and let me know that it was not titanium. She conjectured why I sometimes have ear fluttering. Her knowledge and bedside manner were great and I plan to continue going to her.

The doctors at Westside Head and Neck could not be more professional, competent and compassionate. They are truly in a class of their own. If you are looking for a great ENT doctor look no further. This group really cares about your well being and their staff is so accommodating and warm. I highly recommend them.

She is one of the greatest ENT, I had done both of my ear surgery now almost 2 year, just as she promised I will be hearing my son a lot better and yes I did, I highly recommend her for your ENT needs...what most I really like about her she so caring , thanks Dr Putnam love Jordan Berhe

Admittedly it has been a while since I have seen Dr. Putnam but she always treated me right.
