Well, I will admit that I was very hesitant to go through with my appointment based on the reviews. I walked in and the young receptionist was on the phone. I signed in and sat down. A few moments later she asked me to fill out a form. Handed it back to her and sat for about 30 minutes until I was called. What i presume was a nurse took me to be weighed, checked my blood pressure, and inquire as to what the reason was for my visit. She was nice. She then went to notify the Dr. of my reason for being there. Dr Gupta walked in, introduced herself and I had the quickest pap smear ever in my life. She gave me her thoughts and options on what I could do next and that was it. The visit was quick and to the point. I don't have anything negative to say but i also would not say that it was a positive experience either and do plan on getting a second opinion.

I was referred to them by my insurance because I was pregnant and I need an OB/GYN so it already took a minute for me to get an appointment with them and then when I find did get an appointment with them you come in the nurses are the ones who do everything they get the job done the nurses are kind and sweet I have nothing wrong to say about the nurses they do their job efficiently. they don't have ultrasound there everything seems like it's old and outdated she uses a heartbeat Doppler to hear the baby's heartbeat and that's it they have to refer you to renaissance imaging to even give you ultrasound to see your baby and Renaissance imaging doesn't do anything they won't even tell you the gender or let you take pictures or give you pictures pictures they'll tell you that the thing is out of ink and when Dr Gupta finally comes in to do her check in she listen to the heartbeat tell me don't bend over to much or do anything extra and write me my referral and walked out I asked her if I could have prenatal vitamins and if I could have other things she said I'll have to come to my next appointment to get the. before I went there I seen the reviews online about her and I just didn't wanna believe it because I want to have my own experience but the other reviews that you see about Dr Gupta are true she doesn't do anything she's just collecting money at that point so if you're trying to come here or if you're referred by here by anyone try to get a new referral

Doctor talked over me. Didn't do any sort of exam or listen to anything I said. Contradicted herself and every other doctor I have seen. Do not recommend at all. She needs to retire and not interact with patients ever again.

This was genuinely the most violating and traumatic experience I’ve ever had with a doctor, hands down. I have never written a review in my entire life which shows the gravity of just how terrible my experience was. The doctor’s assistant was wearing pants and a t-shirt instead of scrubs, which already felt unprofessional and odd. She then messed up my blood pressure reading three separate times. She was very sweet, but I already felt uneasy before the doctor had even come in. The assistant then had me undress, lie down, and then put my feet up infront of her, all before I ever met the doctor on my very first visit. When the doctor finally walked in, she simply said, “Hi, my name is Dr. Gupta,” and immediately sat down in front of me and began the procedure without any explanation. I assumed it was a standard check-up… I didn’t plan on getting a Pap smear that day but she told me I was getting one as she was starting it. Her bedside manner was horrendous. She showed zero empathy, dismissed my questions with attitude, and made me feel completely unseen and unheard. I felt like an object on a table. I left the office, got into my car and sobbed. I’m not an emotional person by nature. I have no reason to write this review other than to hopefully warn others before they have a similar experience. Please don’t ignore the bad reviews like I did. We can’t all be making this up. Ps: she also tried to sell me her products 😒

Very fast customer service very helpful doctor. Came in for a routine exam and was very pleased with my experience

The Doctor and staff were very professional and kind. I was feeling not well and the doctor told me immediately what the problem was. That night I felt much better. Thank you Dr. GUPTA.

Dr Gupta was my obgyn 2 of my 4 children! She delivered 1 and was out on business the 2nd one! She is amazing! She will tell the truth! very blunt but amazing! She also tied my tubes after the 2nd one, my tubes did untie but it was a blessing !

I do not recommend. Very rude, unkind & unethical experience. The Dr. has no people skills or professionalism. Only the Office ladies were nice. Rate: 0
