List of Tia Women's Health Clinic's Reviews
Convenient location, friendly staff. Plenty of appointments available throughout the day.
Easy, accessible, excellent care. Felt comfortable at each step in the process. Thank you!
Drove over an hour to get to my appointment. Tried to call as there was an accident. No number to call. They only hold your appointment for 5 minutes. PARKING is horrible. Took me a month to get the appointment. she tried to schedule me later on in the day. Absolutely not.She waived the cancellation fee atleast which is $75. other then that I don't know if I'll come back to Tia. Ive waited ten minutes before which I didn't mind. But I guess it's only okay if it's your time wasted. I was hoping to stay with Tia but this experience was enough to make me just find a new provider. There's many things I let go because I like my original provider but I think this probably is what finally made me not want to come back. Thank god I didn't pay for the special membership.
I love A) hoe convenient it is. I work close by and I usually go before work and get it over with so I have no excuses not to go to the doctor. B) The staff is friendly and it never feels stuffy or sterile... it is very welcoming and warm C) My doctor gets it! I dont have to over explain or make a case. She listens, gives advice and recommendations and moves forward with what I want and we reevaluate later. Its not a fight or a shaming game. If you are hesitant, just do it!
I was referred here from my home based Tia for a procedure. No one was at the front desk to let me in. Finally some girl who was sitting on a wall near the clinic comes up behind me and badges me in. She just says sign in the MA will be with you shortly. She never told me where the bathroom was or asked if I needed anything. She just went back to sitting on the wall with some dude who was smoking. Then I am sitting there. They have a newish rule you must be there 15 minutes before your procedure so the MA can take you and then you're all set at your actual appointment time. They didn't do that. The music was blasting like it was a club. So unprofessional. Finally it's my appointment actual time, but no one has taken me. After another few minutes I start walking through the clinic saying hello? As I had not seen anyone except one patient leave. I didn't hear anyone walking around (the clinic is wide open to the front area). Some girl says oh I was about to take you back. I tell her I'm there for a procedure I was booked with. She disappears for like 15 minutes. Then the girl who was sitting on the curbed wall comes in and claims she's the clinic manager. I was shocked. She didn't look professional and how she treated us coming in (my husband came with me). She tells me the doctor I'm booked with does not do the procedure I have now waited a month to get an appointment with! I tell her it's immediate due to the symptoms I'm having. She blames the clinic manager at my home location claiming that woman should have seen this doctor doesn't do it. Claims she will follow up and talk to the other manager. By three days later she had not, as I went there and asked. Back to the appointment. They then claim I will be referred to cedars for an immediate appointment on urgent level. Cedars can't seem me until end of May! I have now been sitting there nearly an hour , naked for an appointment I can't have. My clinic manager says she would never have been able to book me with that provider if she wasn't mapped as doing the procedure I need. Clearly this is a systemic issue.
DO NOT waste your time with Tia, especially if you need actual medical care beyond a recurring OBGYN visit. I have now been waiting nearly two months for the Culver City location complete paperwork I needed urgently, including the several weeks it took to even get an appointment. Their customer assistance team is kind and say they will help, but are powerless to actually get anything done. Save your time, energy, and money, ladies.
This is my first in person appointment and it was very easy. The staff was friendly, explained things clearly and made the check in a breeze. The PA I saw, Kelsey, was thorough and had reviewed my info so I didn't have to repeat myself. The MA, Priscilla was also very nice and pleasant. The facility is clean but doesn't feel like a generic, sterile environment. The atmosphere is casual, with music and great books to peruse.
Second time at Tia but now Culver City location. What I great experience from valet to staff at the door to receptionist, nurse and doctor. They showed professionalism and care from the moment I walked in, during procedure and when I walked out.
My experience today was above and beyond. Receptionist, staff (even valet) and doctor was very attentive and caring when welcoming to explaining my procedure. They also ensured I was feeling well before letting me go. I love TIA
The Tia network has helped me tremendously through a large number of illnesses this past month and I am so grateful to them. Their grace, patience, and medical guidance has kept me sane and strong as I navigated new health terrain. I am so happy Tia exists so that I have found the support as both a woman and a human to live life to the fullest. I’ve seen many doctors and health practitioners especially at Culver City and they are all top notch.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
