There are not enough words in the world to explain how great Dr. Richardson and his staff are. They literally saved my life a few weeks ago when I was diagnosed with pneumonia. Not yet did Dr. Richardson and his staff go above and beyond to make sure I was okay, but they provided exceptional bed side manners. This is a new clinic for UCLA. What does that all mean? It means brand new health equipment. The office is super clean, neat and fancy.

Not a right place for pediatric, I took my son (10 months age) to visit this place twice within 8 days due to some red point on his entire body after getting antibiotic for ear infection and fever, but they still not give a right conclusion that my son got allergy with antibiotic, just knew about this after taking him to another pediatric doctor. I also have a feeling that both doctor and nurse at this place just graduated, they are unprofessional at all

Went in today for food poisoning symptoms. I’m 7.5 months pregnant and so a little nervous. They took care of me for 3 hours, hydrating me and checking in to make sure I was doing well. There was no wait time and staff and doctors were super nice and attentive. The clinic is brand new and clean. I’m very pleased they are in the neighborhood!

Experience there was amazing starting with the front office staff, back office Medical Assistant and last the Doctor. Dr. Rodriguez was amazing answered all my question.
