I had a fantastic experience at Cupertino Medical Laser Center! From start to finish, the service was top-notch. Linda Nguyen was incredibly kind, knowledgeable, and made me feel completely at ease throughout my treatment. She explained everything thoroughly and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. Dr. Chen was also wonderful—professional, attentive, and clearly an expert in the field. I felt like I was in very good hands. The facility itself is clean, modern, and welcoming. I’m so happy with my results and will definitely be coming back for more treatments. Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality care and real results!

I had the pleasure of meeting and getting services done by Alice, who is a true gem of a person and provider. She did my eye lase laser treatment, as well as neck and jawline for what I call my "gobble neck". I have seen fabulous results with both. I use to think I would need to get botox but since receiving the eye lase treatments, I no longer think that will be necessary at least for now. The excess skin under my neck is much tighter, my jawline more defined, and my necks lines are completely gone. I'm very happy with my results. Alice is a pure angel, wonderful bedside manne,r always checking in to make sure I was comfortable. Professionally she is very informative and knows so much about laser treatments, and you can tell she love what she does!

I’ve recently been going to Cupertino Medical Laser Center, and I can’t recommend it enough! The staff there are incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure every visit is comfortable and stress-free. From the moment I walked in, their warm demeanor put me at ease, and they patiently answer all my questions about the process. I decided to join their laser membership, which offers treatments at half off regular prices—an absolute steal for the quality of service! The laser sessions have been great for reducing hair growth, though they do require follow-up appointments to maintain those smooth, long-lasting results. It’s totally worth it, and I’m happy with both the outcome and the wonderful team at Cupertino!

Expert!!! The staff is really informed and helpful, and the place is clean. They will take excellent care of your skin demands because they know what they're doing. The fact that Alice has dedicated a significant portion of her adult life to learning and developing her skills gives me comfort. She has always followed up with me throughout the laser sessions and after care to ensure we are on the right track. You will be happy receiving care and treatment from this facility.

I have had second Fotona 4D treatment to correct age damage and sun damage. These people are truly professional and care for their clients. I felt totally comfortable during the treatment. They explain each step of the laser Fotona process as they go. If you are hesitant to have laser, this is the place to go. I am healing now, and no doubt will be glowing soon!

I am forever grateful that I found Cupertino Medical Center for my tirzepatide after moving to the area. I’ve lost 30+ lbs and 10% body fat, the price is fair, the parking is super convenient and I have yet to have a bad experience. Ashley is great at listening to details and recommending her opinion, but she will let you remain in the drivers’ seat. I love that they measure body fat in addition to weight. It truly feels like they are committed to your goals unlike other places that just prescribe and send you on your way. Pictures are exactly one year apart.
