Horrible front office staff. Super rude and unprofessional behaviour.

I have been seeing Dr. Thippeswamy since I was around 3 or 4 years old. The staff are welcoming, and the office is too, but the practice seems to be centered around younger children as evidenced by the kid-friendly decor around the office. Dr. Thippeswamy goes above and beyond for her patients, and she has accomodated me on short notice, which I greatly appreciate. Lastly, the doctor seems to know every patient[including myself] personally -- perhaps a perk of being a smaller practice.I would recommend Dr. Thippeswamy if for patients of any age (unless you are an adult) who want to receive timely and efficient medical care and a more personal experience.

We have been dr.geetha for more than 14 years now . She is a very proactive pediatrician and takes care of kids / teens problem more keenly and help parents to overcome it . I would recommend her for anyone in the bayarea who are planning babies, teens , toddlers 100%.We can feel the warmth and kindness at her clinic .

Dr. Geetha T is one of the best pediatrician my kids ever had, she's warm, responsible, and attention to detail is her key trait.It's easier to follow-up during after office hours, and doesn't recommend medications unless it's necessary.

Made us wait longer than necessary for the TB test for the kid. The test had to be conducted twice. Please if you have a chance go find a different doctor.

The front desk lady is rude and won't call you to remind you of appointments or call back at all. Hard to understand and is mean. Couldn't get my medical records for my son seemed impossible to them. The Dr. Is rude and has way too much attitude for me to deal with..it's either her way or the highway unfortunately. Worst pediatrician I've had.

The receptionist has been rude on multiple occasions. She is very hard to understand over the phone and they are not very good at returning phone calls. Very unprofessional for a pediatricians office.

Dr Geetha Thippeswamy is awesome ! She’s been seeing both my sons since they were born.she’s very reciprocative to calls and is available on call or on emails . It’s been 7 years now and we just love how she is never in a rush takes time and thoroughly checks the kiddos . We moved to East bay couple of years back and I still haven’t changed the pediatrician . She’s so worth it . We drive all the way from Pleasanton for the doc visit . She’s been amazing so far and we have never had any problem with her . I have had kids with complicated health conditions but Dr Geetha has always been available and ready to see them and also accommodated urgent visits . Thanks a bunch doctor . She’s an amazing doctor .

Doctor doesn’t respond mails even during this pandemic.. she doesn’t take check .. she either wants Cash or Check .. last time office staff made mistake in check , so they have charged like 25 bucks .. n simply they keep adding bills unnecessary.. she doesn’t care about patients the way she cares about money .. I’m really frustrated

As other people have noted the front desk is extremely rude and hard to deal with. We have had a tough time trying to transfer our son's records to another doctor. Even after we paid the $30 fee, the other doctor has not received our son's records. The person at the front desk rudely insists that the records have been sent. Even Dr Thippeswamy refused to help when we contacted her. Our overall experience with this place is horrible!
