They’re one of the few urgent cares around who can do xrays inhouse. On the three visits I’ve had there the “doctor” has been a Physician Assistant or a Nurse Practitioner thanks Jennifer and Vanessa but not to worry NPs and PAs are highly trained clinicians also known as advanced practitioners. They were friendly caring and capable and I felt I got a good diagnosis and the right treatment.The communication and scheduling system is very nicely done through an optional well thoughtout app and they post all your treatment notes lab results and imaging right in your account so it’s easy to access any time. They can even give you your data on a flash drive to conveniently hand it over to your regular provider. Although it was easy to get an appointment quickly that wasn’t a factor in my star rating because the location is still new and I think the more word gets around they’ll be busier.I had a hard time finding the place the first time because I expected it to be inside the shopping center but the storefront is actually right on Vallco Parkway facing the street. I have a great primary care doctor for the major chronic or tricky health issues but this is definitely my goto clinic for runofthemill ouchies and booboos.

The lady at the desk refused service saying I need to go online and make an appointment. I tried calling but a robot replied with endless info about covid so I hang up. Tried going online but you need to register on the website just to make a damn appointment. What is the purpose of an urgent care center if you need to do all of this?

Terrible attitude and zero empathy for patients

Had to make appointment to comeback but didnt get there til after 4. My friends test took 3 days to get results I got mine fairgrounds 24hrs or less.

They don’t take walk in for COVID testing even though their website says so. I strongly advise anyone not to take covid test here if you ever have other choiceWhen we came in for our testing today we are 15 min late but within grace period. They checked us in but later tried to reject service to us claiming we are too late. But the fact is and they said it theirselves they were short of hands only one doctor and the person in the front desk was not a receptionist so she’s not familiar with procedures to check you in either which caused delay so there was big delays. Okay we waited for more than 30 minutes to get tested. The test itself was quick but the nurse said we need to wait before we can go not clearly explaining why. More than 15 minutes later the doctor finally came in saying because this is an urgent care so he has to see every patient then he left…

This urgent care is nice and clean but it didnt solve the problem. I have to go to Sutter urgent care again to get problem solved.I was in pain because by UTI and kidney infection. This happened before and the doctor checked and confirmed the situation. Then she asked what antibiotics I used to take a couple of times and I said I cannot remember. She prescribed me one and said that is the most commonly used antibiotics. At first the symptoms went away after I took the medicine. However it comes back a couple of days later. I went to Sutter Urgent care this time. The doctor told me the prescription is I got is commonly used for UTI but if I developed kidney infection it wont work because it is not strong enough to kill all bacteria. Thats why it come back. They gave me a shot as well as another prescription and it completely cured me.The environment is clean and people are nice. But I think whether they have good doctors is the most important for an urgent care.

This is a new place with clean environment and pleasant staff and super easy to book appointments The doctors and the assistant were knowledgeable. Being a new clinic they are sorting out few things such as lab test reporting which took a long time. Overall positive experience

They dont accept walk in covid test even they indicate no appointment is needed online. Dont trust them. And the reception is rude.

They completely forgot to run a test that I had been waiting on all week. I called everyday for 3 days and they kept telling me to wait before they realized they hadnt even done it in the first place.Horrible service lazy employees

The staff is nice but I was waiting for an hour in the patient room……. It is just too slow…..
