Dr. Wen is the rudest optometrist I have even seen! She was very curt with me, cut me off in mid sentence and urged me out of the room before I had finished asking my questions. She was abrasive and off putting, to the point where I just wanted to leave and wouldn't have anything to do with her. Worst of all, the glasses prescription she gave me was not right. I felt very dizzy and had a very bad headache as soon as I put the glasses on. This is a 0 star eye doctor.

My son's appointment with Dr. Julia Wen left me feel completely ripped off and taken advantage of. She was very rude. You have to CARE about your patients. she made my son read, what, two lines? And with that she determined that he needs new glasses. That didn't even take five minutes. What happened to asking if you want your pupils dilated? Or reading more lines to determine that, yes, he does need a new prescription? I paid a good amount of money for 10 minutes of...what?

DONT EVER GO TO THIS PLACE. Dr. Julia Wen is the worst health care provider I have ever encountered! The only thing that they are doing is trying to make you take out MORE AND MORE money from your pocket. My daughter went to this place and got Otho k and they told us it should be a thousand dollars.... Then after the day that we are paying they ask us to pay over two thousands dollars!!! It burn her eyes right after she put the contact in, and they don't even teach you how to use the solution!!

I brought my son for an eye exam with Dr. Julia Wen and it was not a good experience. The front desk girl took a long time to find our insurance and she looked confused most of the time. Dr. Wen put up an attitude of I don't care and was very impatient to any of my questions. Stay away from this place!
