While therapist was nice guy, the whole experience wasn't great. Not able to see therapist often enough. Had no choice of in-person therapist. Could only see a trainee who did not have the experience level I would have liked, so he wasn't very helpful. Had to wait for assessment appt and then wait again for first appt, so delay starting was disapointing. Now after a couple months of therapy my trainee therapist is ending his rotation and I will have to start again with another therapist. Come on, Kaiser. Your mental health dept stinks.

I’ve been working with Freddie for a long time. He is a very knowledgeable person, and I am very grateful to have him as my case manager.

I just want to say how incredibly grateful I am for every therapist, provider, and instructor I’ve worked with through Kaiser’s mental health programs. IOP, Pathways, and the follow‑up classes have been life‑changing for me in ways I didn’t even realize I needed. To Lynn, Linda, Laura, Carmen, Janet, and all the guest speakers — including Sulchay (sp) and the ASM presenter whose name I’m forgetting — thank you for showing up with so much compassion and knowledge. Thank you for reminding us that our feelings matter, that we matter, and that even the simplest acts of self‑care are worth honoring. As a healthcare provider, being guided back to the basics has been grounding in the best way. Julie and Janet — thank you for helping me get the time off work to actually focus on healing. That support meant more than I can express. To the Pathways to Wellness team and everyone who shares slides and resources so we can revisit the material — you’ve made such a difference. Truly. Wait times for follow up appointments are way too long - inexcess of months Too many interns and high turnover rate of providers equates to inconsistent therapy I have even gone to private providers and paid out of pocket for their therapy. I would not recommend Kaiser Psychiatry.

I wish I could remember how to spell the lady's name because she deserves recognition. Her name was hard to pronounce so I won't try spelling it. But I felt like I was in good hands.

Billed $10,000.00 for the ER after we already paid $500.00 and the balance due was $0.00, they never told us until we received a warning over text and warned that they would tell the IRS. We tried to pay, but apparently you can't pay with bank accounts outside of the US, so we couldn't even pay the bill. Had to get a relative who lives in the US to pay on our behalf. Terrible terrible healthcare.

My therapist was kind, warm and felt trustworthy. She was adept as asking questions and pacing the session. It felt safe but I also knew it was a place to get work done without judgement

Very professional, knowledgeable, and supportive. Gives me confidence that I will be guided and supported to improve my health. Plus everyone just seems sincerely nice.

Their Doctors as well as specialists are very knowledgeable.
