$3,000 a month for health insurance at Kaiser and we're constantly being jerked around for simple procedures. Co pays are $3800 for each ER visit for my kids. Filing perpetual grievances to have sinus surgery which is documented more than 7 years. Circumcisions for my sons have been another ordeal their surgeon lies to our faces trying to discourage the procedures. Think twice about using Kaiser

Poor service and a staff whom is I incapable of calling my primary care physician for information. So far their greatest accomplishment is labeling every bill sent by a physician or lab as, "Part of the deductible." A deductible that is $6,500.00 for an individual. I am currently paying everything out of pocket. Which includes Kaiser's worthless insurance, as it is carried by my employer. I am not impressed at all.

Be very careful with KP. I walked into a very unexpectedly expensive bill from this company. when I challenged the bill, and asked for copies of my talks with the phone reps proving that I asked them to confirm the issue, they have not sent me one copy. and then the next day I received a text they are sending me to collections. very nice... big insurance screwing the customer.

Kaiser are a bunch of crooks who "Thrive" on taking our money and not giving the services we pay for. I payed out of pocket for kaiser gold for quiet awhile. When I had a spine to neck injury they WOULD NOT give me an MRI because I could still move and recommend massaging it wtf!? I canceled my membership last December and for some reason it didnt end until February 1st. My premium payments were on Autopay and I dont normally keep money in that account. I put money in that account one day ago and woke up to a monthly premium payment for last January. THEY WILL NOT REFUND. Shame on these slimy weasles. Go with SUTTER if you want a good experience and to the Administrators at Kaiser go F yourselves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
