Dr. Patwardhan has been my family doctor for more than 15 years. She is very professional and she treats me like a close person, not just like another visitor. She remembers all my history and has helped me and my family in different situations. I really appreciate her professionalism and I am very thankful to her.

Not a great doctor and staff is also rude.

Dr Patwardhan is our family doctor since 2017. Last year when I had a backpain first time I went to her and she guided me step by step what should be done . If you follow her all instructions strictly you will be benefited .She is very friendly person. She has a very professional team in her office. They call me and update my reports . She guided me to follow a healthy diet and exercise regularly which helped me to reduce around 13 kg of weight and also helped me to reduce my sugar level . I highly recommend her.

Dr Patwardhan is an excellent doctor who really knows her work. She is passionate and a motivated doctor. She put me at rest totally. She is very soft spoken and extremely polite and kind (unlike some other doctors that I have experienced here). She is very knowledgeable about her work and answers all my questions to my satisfaction. Sometimes the wait can be a little longer than usual but she always gives her patients enough time to put them at ease (she does not rush you through the appointment) and is a thorough professional.. She always gives me positive advice and how to treat my ailments in a slow and steady manner by making small and positive changes. Always encouraging me to get into my optimum health. Her staff and the nurses at her office are also extremely patient, helpful and polite. They know their job and really put my mind to rest. I have decided to take both my teenage boys to her as well. I highly recommend her.

Dr. Patwardhan is not only a very kind and compassionate human being but an expert doctor. She really knows her work. She diagnosed something was wrong with me by just examining my belly in my routine physical exam. And I really had a 15.5 cm big Ovarian cyst (which is really big for its kind). Her timely diagnosis and expertise saved me from going through any unpleasant events. Another time, Dr. Patwardhan diagnosed my mom's issue of lack of iron which had caused her many unwanted health issues, by just listening to her concerns patiently. Lack of iron was later confirmed by blood report and iron tabs have been improving my mom's health issues steadily. Truly grateful to know her. Have been going to her since last 4.5 years.STAFF: Also, for people talking about staff issues - please understand they are also human beings and trying to do their best. I have seen Dr. Patwardhan's staff grow into a very organized and well functioning team over years. Few things here and there can happen as they are also human beings. Put yourself in their shoes and think. I like the new feature that you can text the staff for appointments or any needs and their response is generally very quick.

Horrible experience. She has the worst staff rude and incapable.They have never been able to take my EKG till date( have been going for physical Examination for past few years and never the technicaian have succesfully done it.Recently had elevated readings in some blood test, she didnt even care to tell me the details. I came back and searched up online and figured one medicine I take ( which I always tell them I take during their examination) can be dangerous . Then I called her office, They were relunctant to have the dr call me bask saying she is too busy.Then I being a non medico asked I am not supposed to take this medicine can u ask dr .Then the front desk started giving me lectures on medially what should be done and not. How frustrating , I need an alternating pain killer as at that time I was having horrible pain and when she asked the dr, the dr said ask her to take an appointment. And I already had a 3 hour long appointment with here just 1 day back!She faulted in telling not warning me about my blood test and then when I questioned here she wants me to come again so that she can charge the insurance again. money suckers! Very inexperienced doc with a horrible cheap staff

I wish I can give 0 stars. My experience is from over 10 years ago. This doctor misdiagnosed a simple weight loss as a cancer situation. I would recommend her to no-one.
