Horrible service! I had set up an appointment for my Mom well in advance (3 weeks) and provided Medicare insurance details plus a doctor's referral. On the day of appointment, had to take my disabled Mom to the Cupertino center at the appointment time and the front desk say they do not accept the specific type of Medicare insurance my Mom has! They made my disabled Mom go thro' the pain of visiting their office just for us to hear that. They had plenty of time to check on insurance and inform us in advance but never did, either they do not really accept Medicare or they just wanted us to pay cash since we were offered the service for $200 out-of-pocket while waiting in the Quinn office! Lousy place...I do not recommend it for anyone with Medicare insurance.
I’ve had the pleasure of working with Tyler Jackson for over a year to address two major issues— shoulder problems related to a long-standing hip injury and a post surgery recovery from recent tendon injury due to sports. My kids have also worked with Tyler for some time due to various sports-related injuries and surgery. Tyler is incredibly knowledgeable and has a unique ability to quickly pinpoint the root causes of any issues we’ve encountered throughout the recovery process. His expertise has been invaluable, and the personalized rehab routines he designed for us were not only quite effective in recovery but also in building muscle strength and improving overall mobility. Personally, I’ve noticed that my physical condition is even better now than before my injury! We’re so grateful to have him as our physical therapist, and I can’t recommend him highly enough.
I had a frozen shoulder with pain that kept me up at night. Stefanie was exceptional in helping me recover my full range of motion. The recovery process takes patience, consistency, and your commitment to doing the recommended exercises outside office visits. It's best to book your appointments well in advance as opposed to when checking in/out to maintain a regular schedule for your care plan. The front desk can get busy with calls and patients checking in or making payments so arrange your time accordingly.
I went from having a frozen shoulder with pain that kept me up throughout the night to almost achieving full range of motion. The key to my recovery was having an exceptional therapist as well as patience and commitment on my part to doing the recommended exercises, which changed as my recovery progressed.
I had PT with Stephanie for my piriformis pain. From the first assessment through the PT sessions thereafter I was impressed with the depth of knowledge Stephanie has about body dynamics. I could talk about a little pain or discomfort in one part of the body while doing one of the PT moves, Stephanie knew exactly which muscle was weak and how other part of the body was compensating for it and exactly what adjustments to follow to make the movement pain free. In addition to the technical expertise, Stephanie has very high EQ, she is intuitive in relating to her patients. One can trust her easily and believe in the treatment approach and follow the plan diligently to heal and have a better quality of life with the activities that bring us joy.
I have been working with Chau for about 10 months now and if I can I will keep it up for the rest of my life! I have suffered from chronic lower back issues for 25+ years; for most of that time I would "put my back out" 2-3 times a year and I could live with it. During 2023 things deteriorated rapidly and I was flat on my back for days about once a month (and missing a ton of golf). Since I have been working with Chau I have not put my back out ONCE nor missed a tee time! Our focus is mostly stretching, strengthening, core, balance and we're even now focused on getting me back to running 2-3 times a week (that I thought was now ancient history for me). I could not be more grateful to Chau for the difference she has made / is making...I am in my mid 50s and now have very high confidence I can play golf and maybe even run well into retirement. Thank you so much Chau! Simon
I am not sure about anyone else's experience here, but mine and my daughters was TOP NOTCH! Our therapist was Ji hoon, and he was absolutely without a doubt, HANDS DOWN, the most professional and kind physical therapist I have ever met. My daughter suffered a lot of small tissue damage in her hand and had to be put in a splint for 6 weeks. during summer. it SUCKED. But what didn't suck was the care He took to help her. he made her feel so confident that she could do the painful exercises and she felt safe in his presence. He never made her feel like she couldn't do something or was stupid when something hurt and needed a break. His kindness is still remembered. We talk about her PT frequently and how he was just so nice. She is actually scheduled to go back in a couple weeks and I am hoping to have him again. She is going back this time with a knee injury. The facility is well maintained but I mean, come on. it's for P.T, not for food or hair and make up. it can be on the older side because it's about the function not the aesthetics. I also have never heard any of the other Physical therapists speak unkindly to anyone else. and most areas or sectioned off with a curtain or in open spaces. overall, we really liked going here and look forward to going back. Not excited for an injury, but happy we know where to go and who to ask for.
Quinn PT helped me resolve my back pain issue. Specifically, Jonathan's treatment worked really well for me.
My daughter and I have been visiting Quinn Physical Therapy for many years and highly recommend it. We have each worked with different physical therapists at the Cupertino office in the past and have been quite satisfied with their professional skills. Last year, I began treatment with Jon F. for a hip problem stemming from an old injury. This issue had been causing me lower back pain, interfering with my sleep due to discomfort in certain positions, and restricting my ability to perform certain daily activities. Jon's assistance has significantly improved my hip condition. I am now free from lower back pain and able to sleep in any position without discomfort. Additionally, my mobility has greatly improved. I feel like a whole new person!
Called in to schedule an appointment a week and a half in advanced, and confirmed the date and time over the phone. Showed up to the appointment to find out that I was not on the system. They couldn’t even get a simple task of patient scheduling figured out, who knows what they actually can do.

Selection Criteria
All the information you see here is based on our analysis of internet reviews across the seven major review platforms most used by consumers during their healthcare provider selection. The platforms we selected are Google, WebMD, Yelp, HealthGrades, Facebook, RateMDs, and Vitals. The analysis algorithm uses the compiled data of average score, recency of reviews, number of reviews, and the sentiment expressed in the written comments. It then assigns weight to each parameter based on the available research on how consumers use reviews in their doctor selection process. This report is designed to help identify the doctors with the best overall review score in an area and does not reflect the doctors' competence.
