I had a routine medical checkup with Dr. Hsu. Making an appointment was simple and quick, and his response was fast. He is very approachable in person, and will explain and show how he reaches his diagnosis. Lab report also came back fast. Aetna insurance covered most of my expense with little copay. The main downside would be that his clinic only has a limited set of tools at his disposal for any serious/unusual medical illness, but for simple checkups his service is excellent.

This doctor is incredibly rude. Rushed me throughout my entire time and I think he was actively trying to not answer any of my questions. Felt disregarded and ignored the entire time. Would not recommend at all

I went in for an ankle sprain. Just wanted to have a doctor take a look and order an XRAY if needed. Doc was polite, but didn't so much as glance at my foot. He immediately gave me a referral to a podiatrist. I was already in quite a bit of pain, but had to wait 4 more days for that appointment.

Hit or miss, depending on your luck. Sometimes Dr. Hsu performs his job and prescribes the right medicine. Other times, he can be really rude. It looks like he didn't have the knowledge or just didn't want to spend time talking with patients. Once I called him for consultation as a follow-up on a previous visit. He said he was not the right person and just hanged up.

He is fine for diagnostic simple or straightforward health problems but not good for the problems with complications. Poor in physician-patient interaction as I experienced. Not recommended.

Nice guy but an incompetent doctor. He is not skillful or knowledgeable with his profession. If you have no major medical issue, it is OK to see him as family doctor, otherwise, seeing another specialist or getting a second opinion are recommended.

Dr Tsu has always been more than informative when doing his analysis. You can tell he really cares about his patients. I am so lucky to have Dr Tsu as a 2nd primary care doctor . He's never not been anything more than thorough and meticulous with his work . Thank you Dr Tsu for your service .

Dr. Hsu was super fast emailing lab reports to me and answering my follow-up questions. While some doctors may hold your lab reports for days, Dr. Hsu did it on the same day for me. If you are anxious in finding results he is the doctor to get back to you fast.
