I am currently visiting my son and his family in San Jose, California, from Atlanta, Georgia. During my visit, my left knee--which had already been giving me trouble--flared up severely, to the point where I could barely put any weight on it. The care and personal attention I received at El Camino Urgent & Walk-In Care in Cupertino were exceptional. From the front office staff and medical assistants to the radiology team and physician, everyone was kind, professional, helpful, and genuinely pleasant. I was especially impressed with Dr. Victoria Eby. She took the time to listen carefully to my concerns and addressed my arthritic knee with both compassion and efficiency. Her thoroughness and bedside manner made a difficult situation much easier to navigate. I highly recommend this outstanding team to anyone in need of urgent medical care. Their commitment to patient-centered service is truly commendable.

Very bad experience at this urgent care. They dont care or respond and for our visit they charged very high price since we said we have insurance which we had to pay out of our pocket since it was under deductible

Do not recommend. I won't get into the specifics for my own privacy, but I don't recommend this specific clinic to anyone, although the doc I saw here was very nice and professional. The front desk agent is anything but.

You have options of walking in or making appointment online. The front desk staff is nice and welcoming. The nurse and doctor are caring and professional. The facility is clean. The lab results are communicated online on a timely basis. They even do follow up call to make sure you are okay. This is by far the best urgent care I have been to.

My daughter developed an earlobe infection after wearing a pair of low-quality earrings. During our visit, the physician carefully identified and removed a small backing piece that had become lodged inside the piercing, then gently treated and disinfected the area, using ice to help reduce the swelling. What truly stood out was the doctor’s exceptional ability to connect with my daughter. By engaging her in a warm conversation about her pets, the doctor created a calm and reassuring environment, demonstrating a thoughtful understanding of pediatric care and emotional comfort. The level of professionalism, patience, and medical expertise was truly impressive. We felt genuinely cared for throughout the entire visit. I would highly recommend this urgent care to any parent seeking both skilled and compassionate treatment for their child.

Had a horrible experience with the lady on call! Called in asking for appts and tests, and the lady wouldn't let me finish my question and was extremely rude as she just hung up the call on me! Sounded like a middle aged women 40-60 years old. 0/10 Would not recommend.

Dr Luu was exceptional. She was kind, patient, courteous and pleasant. She took the time to listen to my concerns, she showed me pictures and explained my problem to me. Then she gave me several options to choose from for my treatment. The place is clean, professional and the team was very nice. I called ahead to make sure my appointment is with Dr Luu.
