The telephone on the website for all locations is the same. The patient navigators refuse to allow you to call the Urgent Care. The worst customer service in my life. But I finally got the telephone number. Talking in person is the only way you can get anything arranged and questiones with correct answers. The direct telephone number which the navigators won't give you is ..........(657) 241-8104.

The front desk was polite and efficient. If you go on their website, they have an option to hold a spot for you later that day or then next dayIf one is available. This is in place to avoid the wait time you would normally have if you were to just show up. I secured my arrival time so to avoid the normal long urgent care wait. Unfortunately, I am still waiting in my car and it's been well over an hour. Advice to management...do not offer this service if it cannot be managed properly.

I can not give enough praise for the care I've received at Memorial Care in Cypress! The entire staff is kind, compassionate, caring and so efficient in providing services in their office and in urgent care!DO NOT go to OPTUM at all. Dr.s at Memorial Care are terrific and the service by the staff outstanding!!!

I've been here many times (unfortunately) and I'm so glad I continue to go here. I've seen multiple PAs at the urgent care but this review is based off Fidel. I have now seen him twice (today was the 2nd) and I'm so impressed by his compassion to get me better. He is very thorough and makes you feel very comfortable. All the staff was very friendly and did their absolute best to make sure I was a comfortable as possible when I felt horribly sick. I will continue to visit this urgent care center.

Easy to check in and fairly quick to be seen. My two toddlers were seen by Fidel, who was the most compassionate and thorough medical pro of any urgent care facility I've experienced. Extremely good bedside manner and a great guy that helped calm my kids' anxiety. Gave us a thorough eval and diagnoses. Highly recommended.
