Chose not to go because front desk/appt was standoffish from the get-go. This doctor does not do telemedicine or zoom appts despite Covid. Made a telemedicine appt. elsewhere for my test orders. What's the necessity to see someone in office first time when there's not even any labs or anything to review? Lol funny. Bye!

Dr. Winters is one of the best interventional cardiologist in the area. Structural (including valves and PFO's) coronary diagnostic and/or intervention. His staff is very professional, competent and very knowledgeable. Once you have a date scheduled, it is a very easy process to get checked-in and seen by the staff prior to your time with Dr. Winters. No rush and very detailed experience. He gives a very detailed explanation of next steps and expectations based on the needs of the patient.

My wife has been a patient of Dr Winters for over 30 years. Recently she had to have double bypass heart surgery. His team of doctors at Memorial Care Hospital in Fountain Valley was the best. We trust him with any medical condition she has. But also the office staff. I just had the pleasure of speaking with Ann in the billing department and had an issue with a lab bill. I was just calling to ask for a letter so I can "battle" with the lab company about it being rejected. She not only called LabCorp for me, she took care of the bill and its done. I can't thank everyone enough at Heartscape for everything that they do for my wife. It is an absolute joy to go their. Thanks to Michelle and Stacy as well for all your help. Tony Rogers

Dr Winters has fixed (stents) etc. and guided my husband thru 5, yes 5 open heart surgery's. He is still having very health and active life. Dr Winters is the best.
