Received a physical by Dr. Kieu, and it felt rushed and I did not feel like I received quality care. I requested repeat labs and I was denied, which is frustrating when I am trying to take better care of myself. I switched providers to someone else who listens to my concerns and ordered my labs with no problem.

Was assigned to Dr. Kieu and had a physical. I felt the examination was more checking off boxes rather than being listen/seen as a person. My concerns were dismissed and when requested follow up labs they were denied. I had high hopes for this Dr. and the beautiful medical office. Unfortunately I will look for another PCP.

Dr. Kieu was kind to me today. She explained things patiently, she was respectful, she was smiling, she constantly asked me if I had more questions and waited for me to answer. I really appreciate that. She advised me a course of action and I trusted her judgment. I had a chest x-ray on her advice, which was a very pleasant experience. She has a wonderful chair-side manner; she is very personable.

I'm not sure how this NP has received only 5 star reviews. She is by far the worst healthcare worker I have ever seen. I went in for a general physical (main appointment), with additional complaints of systemic rash of unknown origin. She came in, said I would need blood work and promptly tried to leave. When I reminded her I was in for a physical she listened over my clothes (including a heavy jacket) and declined when I suggested removing it. She then proceeded to tell me I needed a pap-smear, but that patients don't like it being "sprung" on them, without actually asking me if I would be ok with one that day. She also walked in and out as I was changing. In addition, I needed a prescription moved from my prior pharmacy to a mail order which she refused and re-directed me to the original doctor whom I hadn't seen in years. Do yourself and your health a service by finding a knowledgeable, professional and compassionate doctor for your care. This NP is not it.

Unprofessional, did not provide adequate medical care. Had to go to a doctor for the same issue as she did not have any knowledge or care about my situation.

Dr Kieu listened and heard all of my medical concerns & help to create a plan for my care.

She was really nice and efficient. Would recommend her.

Nurse Vy is so kind and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions. I have already recommended her to 2 people.

She was very helpful. I felt like she listened to every concern. When I was finished she went through everything with me and before we finished talking she stopped and asked if I had any other concerns. I felt like she really took her time and didn’t feel rushed at all. The office is also very big, open, and very clean. And I really appreciate being seen the same day I called. Most offices cannot accommodate so quickly.

I also really appreciated the phlebotomist Maria and her professionalism, and in her kindness while drawing my blood. I usually have a very unpleasant experience due to my small veins.
