Xpress Urgent Care's Online Review Report Card

The urgent care service was fine, but ever since then I have been spammed several times a week demanding I leave a review for this with no way to opt out. I paid for a service and do not like getting spammed constantly for reviews. So this has resulted in the need to lower my rating of this facility.

We used to come here all the time my wife and daughter came there. My wife has been sick for a week she came there and the doctor told her to just drink lots of water and keep taking over-the-counter medicine. My wife went to another urgent care because she’s feeling so bad was diagnosed with a sinus infection and an ear infection and my daughter with the same, the doctor made my wife feel incompetent and made her feel stupid. We will never come back here again. I can’t believe they wouldn’t even do a thorough check up on my wife and my daughter. What kind of people are you call yourself doctors you should have your license revoked if I could give you zero stars I would.

This review is solely based on Michelle. Rude and incompetent. She needs training on Dual coverage insurance. If she truly checked with her manager, then the manager needs additional training as well. She hung up on me when my child was there waiting to be seen. I am at work. I had to call back. She was condescending and accused me of calling her an idiot which I never did. If you have dual coverage, find a medical facility that knows about dual coverage and copays.

Awful visit from start to finish. No AC in the office. It is hotter inside then outside. They charge more if your a new patient. $175 to be seen ( with insurance) is crazy! Doctor was rude and had no bed side manor. She listened to my breathing barley touching my back with the stethoscope and " couldn't hear my lungs" Keep breathing. Told her I was dizzy and she was rude. She gave me attitude when called out. "What do you want?" She says. Well I don't want to be sick anymore. Day 12 of sickness Didn't want to run any tests. She wanted me to do her job. I even said " I'm not a doctor " I've never been treated so poorly. Save your time and money and go somewhere where your treated with compassion.

Nothing special. Wouldn’t take my out of state insurance so it cost me $150 out of pocket and then another $25 for someone to test me for a urinary tract infection. Seems pretty over priced. People were nice but nothing spectacular.

The staff was friendly. The provider was super nice. He called me with my lab results I thought that was super efficient. Thanks for seeing me

Absolutely worthless!

Horrible experience, made an appointment for my aunts immigration medical labs Wednesday for Thursday 8/24/2023 at Los Alamitos location, they called me the next day to let me know to reschedule to the Cypress location because they had no doctors available? So I did. I made an appointment for Friday8/25/2023 to the Cypress location appointment for 7pm. Literally 10 minutes before our appointment, they called to let me know they needed to cancel my appointment because the Labcorps people already came to pick up the lab worked for the day. I told them it was extremely unprofessional to call 10 minutes before an appointment to cancel with the patients, especially because we do not live in the area and had to commute for 40 minutes to get there. So I rescheduled to another location in Stanton for the very next day on Saturday 8/26/2023 at 3pm. We arrived 15 minutes early, they had us there for 2 hours. The lady taking my aunts blood work said she could not find a vein for the bloodwork to be done, that we needed to go to Labcorps directly for lab work to be done. I said when? It’s Saturday they are all closed. She said I’m sorry you’d need to go on Monday 8/28/2023. The Labcorps hours are not accessible for us because we work 8am-4:30pm daily M-F. That is the only reason we made an appointment with Xpress Urgent Care. Because of the hours. I told the lady if she can please have someone else help her do the blood work. She refused and said she felt uncomfortable and that the provider was just not available. I then asked for a refund which took 1 week to process! This place is ridiculous and unprofessional. Never going back there again. Hopefully no one goes through what we experienced.
