I was diagnosed with a retinal tear on a Friday afternoon and Dr. Bansal immediately searched for hospitals available for vitrectomy surgery the next day. He not only performed surgery for me that Saturday, but also met me at the office on Sunday to check on me post-surgery. Throughout my recovery, he was attentive and responsive. Thanks to his quick diagnosis, response, and kind professional care, my eye fully recovered. I really can't thank him enough for returning to me the gift of sight. I highly recommend him.

Dr. Bansal diagnosed me with a retinal tear. He performed laser treatment on the same day because time was of the essence. It has been nine months since my procedure and I am very pleased with the outcome. I feel that Dr. Bansal is a very thorough, skilled, and exceptionally caring doctor.

Dr. Bansal is an excellent and highly knowledgable eye physician. I look forward to seeing him for treatment of my macular degeneration. The office staff is friendly and well trained, I definitely recommend him.

I had gone in for an eye exam and the equipment that they used on me after they dilated my eyes, my eyes became red and were burning. I called the office the next day if I could come back for them to see my eyes, and the front desk person said that I can't come back and that I would have to go to another doctor. I explained my concern that the equipment they used was not properly cleaned and that could be the reason my eyes were burning. I think its very unprofessional for them to refer me to another doctor without actually seeing me first to make sure that the burning was not caused by their equipment or something else. I also feel that when I made the appointment they were more interested in seeing more patients then taking the time to figure out what problems I had during my visit. I will not go back to this facility again and also will not be recommending it to anyone.

I arrived a good 30 min before my appt and instead of telling me he was running late, his team decided to tell me it was because of paperwork. The woman realized I completed the paperwork 20 before my appointment and finally admitted dr alok was LATE!!!

My fiancé saw Dr. Bansal for a retinal detachment. He's very patient and easy to talk too. He explains everything and really knows his way around an eyeball. He's a great doctor with great people skills. We highly recommend him.
