Office staff is horrible at answering calls. This is the problem that I ALWAYS have with calling the office. It takes me a good 10 tries to get someone to answer the phone!!! Shes been my doctor for years and have had this problem the entire time. When Valdez is out of the office on Mondays, it still takes them forever to answer the phone when theres no doctor in the office!!! Why is that???
